Beautiful one bedroom, one bath beach condo for couples or families with children. This condo has a queen size sofa bed at living room for extra guests or children and is equipped with portable crib and high chair for babies or toddlers. It also has a nice patio and is equipped with washer and dryer. It has a state of the art kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, fully equipped with all the kitchen tools a great cook will need to cook while on vacation. It also features a full size stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker.

Very Enjoyable Stay

The condo was perfect for our one month stay and very well equipped with everything we could want. The location is near the PCH side of the complex, but we were never bothered with traffic noise and actually enjoyed the fact that the views from the windows were of the lovely landscaping and gardens.. We would love to return for another visit. Margarita was wonderful to deal with and always very responsive and helpful. A very enjoyable stay!

Nice beach front condo...

This is nice one bedroom is in a great location. It is very private yet still very close to the beach access. Margarita is very easy to work with and took care of everything promptly. The kitchen didn't come with a some basics, i.e. paper towels or dishwasher soap but that was easily taken care of. Overall a very relaxing place to stay close to the harbor and across the street from the beach.

Very nice one bedroom condo.

We've stayed many times at various condos in this complex. This one was one of the most nicely decorated, fully equipped and comfortable places we ever stayed. It's at the back of the complex so there isn't much of a view, but we spend most of our time doing things.

Beautiful stay steps from the ocean

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, privately located unit with the beach just a short walk from the complex. There are 4 different access points to the beach, each one offering a differing perspective. Seeing the island of Catalina in the distance is certainly a wonderful way to start the day! We walked the beach most mornings and spent one evening on the beach with our grandsons enjoying the sunset and the ocean. Anything you might need is nearby...shops, restaurants, cinemas, etc. You should definitely explore the Harbor at Dana Point, a 5 minute drive. We enjoyed walking there near the Yacht Club and ate at several nice restaurants on the water. As a golfer, I would recommend San Juan Hills Golf Course, a great course with reasonable rates, and only a 15 minute drive. The owner of the unit is incredibly easy to work with and was very attentive to all of our needs. The ground level unit is very well appointed with a lovely, modern kitchen and located in a quiet area of the complex.

Incredible Condo in a Great Location!

This place was AMAZING! This was our first booking through this site and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. This was our first family vacation (me, wife, two kids(5 &6)) and it was an adventure getting there with the flights, car seats, etc... and by the time we made it to the condo we were really just ready to sit down and relax...and then we opened the door! Wow! It was like vacation turned to reality as soon as we opened the door and walked in. It really felt like a home away from home and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. Everything we could think of was provided and our host even added beach toys and wake boards for the kids! Incredibly thoughtful and appreciated as we used them almost every day! The condo is walking distance to Strands beach, an incredible beach, especially for families, and there is a nice pool and hot tub area just steps from the unit. Everyone we met there, both vacationers and residents, were amazing and very nice, helpful and friendly. We spent a month in this condo and loved it every day. In short, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and we hope to be back to stay soon!
