The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and coffee station with a drip coffee pot & small coffee grinder
for easy mornings, plus an ocean-view dining area. Fire up the gas BBQ and take dinner outside for fresh coastal air and sunset views.

Upstairs Primary Suite — King Bed — Spacious King retreat with ocean views, gas fireplace, lounge area and clawfoot soaking tub.
Bedroom 2 — Queen Bed — Located on the main level this Comfortable Queen bedroom includes a dedicated workspace for remote work.
Additional Sleeping — Sofa Sleeper — A new sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
Bathrooms — One full bathroom on entry level + one half bathroom in Primary bathroom,
Clawfoot soaking tub in the primary suite.

DOG GUIDELINES
Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
Please keep dogs under control around the property, as local wildlife may be present.

• Max 6 guests | No parties or large gatherings | No drop-in guests - Private community w/ HOA & security
• Parking: Up to 3 small-medium cars | Driveway slightly inclined
• Dog-friendly: 2 dogs max, $125 per dog | Leash outdoors & crate if unattended
• Guest parking pass for easier beach access
• No smoking/vaping inside; outdoor smoking limited to paved areas
• N0 On-Street Parking - day or night - HOA Rule
• Marin County quiet hours on decks: 9PM – 9 AM.
• Please turn off outside lights at night (when not in use) to enjoy the sea and stars

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
