A main house layout designed for families of all ages to gather together with plenty of elbow room. The main house offers space to make memories in the living room featuring a 48” Smart TV, dining room with farm style table seating 14+ and large eat in kitchen. Laundry is conveniently located on this level for guests all guests use. The basement will entertain with 48” screen TV, and Wet Bar and Beverage Fridge. The guest house is perfect for additional living and sleeping space.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Grab your cup of coffee, step out on the covered porch, and relax. After a day at the beach, roast your marshmallows around the fire pit, or cook up a feast on the gas grill.

PARKING
Room to park 4 cars in the driveway and 1 in front of the guest house, please park off the road as much as possible. Overflow parking lot nearby.

-Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.

Key Lime and Keyhole Cottage rent with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Saturday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).
