"Sunny Day" - Great beach access south of 30a!

"Sunny Day" is an open and airy 2500 sq ft house just steps from Santa Rosa Beach. It is professionally decorated throughout with relaxing seaside decor. With several levels of living space, this home is suitable for multiple families, sleeping 12 comfortably.

Ground Floor; Spacious king suite. The suite has a private bath, a fully-equipped galley style kitchen, stackable washer and dryer, large closet and TV. The suite features built-in queen bunk beds (sleeps 4) with a wall mounted TV. Perfect for families with small children.

First Floor: Upon entry into the home, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, 2 side tables with lamps, 1 side chair, dresser, a closet with plenty of space, and its own private bathroom and TV. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bunk bed (sleeps 4), dresser, large closet and private bathroom. Each bunk has its own TV providing a great spot for kids.

Second Floor: An eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a Viking oven and dishwasher, beautiful fixtures, dining room table (seats 6) and a TV. The long buffet-style countertop has barstool seating for 4. The fourth bedroom is located on this floor featuring a king bed, 2 bedside dressers with lamps, and a private bathroom with separate shower and tub. An additional stackable washer and dryer is built into the closet on this floor.

Third Floor: Opens up to the living room with a comfortable sectional sofa, two side chairs, a coffee table and lamps. Living room features a large wall-mounted TV, built-ins for additional seating that are full of books, movies and games. A Sonos home audio system features speakers in the family room and kitchen. There is also another table (seats 4) for dining overflow or for cards and games. This floor features vaulted ceilings and has plenty of natural sunlight overlooking the kitchen. Step outside to the deck and enjoy coffee in the morning or a cocktail at sunset. An additional deck overhead provides a beautiful gulf view!

Outside: Large palm trees surround this large private pool (heated upon request) providing a bit of shade for those hot summer afternoons. The gas grill and patio area make it a great place to entertain and dine outside. Ample parking for three cars in the front circular driveway and additional parking for two cars in the back driveway.
