INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Beautiful Condo with Gorgeous View!!!!!!!!

Have been coming to Edgewater since the 80’s and this is one of the best of everything, decor, well stocked, beautiful view and VIP Beach Service included!!! Will definitely be back

Great Condo for 2

Very nice condo, enough space for 2 or a small family. Comfortable with great access to the beach. Property managers are easy to communicate with, and check in and check out were easy. Would definitely stay again!

Nice & clean condo. We loved that it was so close to the ocean. Pictures were accurate. Would return to this unit. Enjoyed beach chairs/umbrella that were provided!

Wonderful mini-vacay!

The condo, weather, and gulf were all perfect! We loved this unit. It was clean, neat, well-furnished, comfortable bed, nice balcony, and two bathrooms (his and mine). We also enjoyed the lounge chairs and umbrella at the beach. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Great spot!

Had a small issue with getting wrist bands from property manager (never got them actually) but condo was great, loved Edgewater and would definitely go back there. Thanks for the great time!

Great View

Condo was nice. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. Great view of the ocean. Elevator was always available. Only dislike would be the distance from the main big pool and restaurant but other than that it was a great experience. If your looking for a quiet area on the resort this is perfect.

We loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay, we were bit nervous after seeing a few old reviews about the air not being adjustable. But we were able to communicate easily with panhandle getaways and we're assured that wouldn't be a problem. The check in process was simple and we loved the views this condo had! The service and space were fabulous!

Overall great condo. Very homey, furniture and bedding was clean and neat. Great floor plan checkin/checkout very easy. Cleaning agency had not ran dishwasher and there was a dirty dish towel under sink. Some routine exterior maintenance was in progress. Windows were covered with protective film. Only being there 4 days, this impeded the beautiful view our entire stay.

Family vacation July 2021!

Spent a week in the condo with husband and two boys! While the view is worth a million bucks we picked the wrong time of year to travel. The condo it’s self was nice, clean and roomy for our family. I wish more bedding was provided, only sheets no pillow cases for pull out couches. Restaurant on property was ok, food mirrored most bar food, but super expensive. Panama City was packed with people, 2+ hour wait times for al local restaurants for family of 4, traffic was insane, taking 30 plus minutes to go 3 miles. We prefer more low key! If we return would go off season.

Great location

Fantastic location nice pools. Property is older and has some maintenance issues. The microwave didn't work when we got there called maintenance and they fixed the next day and one of the toilets leaked the whole time we were there. They came to fix the day before we left but it still was leaking when we left so we turned water off to make sure it didn't cause more damage. The bathroom rugs are pretty gross and need to be replaced. The leather recliner glider was awesome and helped my newborn feel more at home. Overall we would stay there again bc the location is fantastic.

Nice, beach view.

Temp was set at 75 and it was on a engery saver AC so the bedroom was 80 degrees I know because my 1 year old has a monitor that has a temp on it. We couldnt enjoy the bed because it was so hot. Panhandle manages it. I had to pull teeth to just get a box fan. I was told maintenance would come look at it and never did then the manager over the maintenance dept, Carissa was very rude and had a nasty smart mouth and attitude. I emailed the owner and he said he would let Panhandle know to get it resolved but no one ever contacted us. My parents stayed at a different tower and had issue with a mouse and had maintenance there asap, someone showed up to spray, they got 25% back and a manager contact them the same day. Will not not be using this condo again.

One reason for our annual journeys to the beach is the opportunity it gives us to sit on the balcony and look out at the changing colors of the water and sky. The tall Adirondack chairs at our 3rd floor location provided us with several hours of reading, drinking coffee, and actively watching the beach. It was perfect!Our rooms were clean and neat. We had everything that we needed to fix a simple breakfast or other meal. The bed was very comfortable with a memory foam topper to keep you warm. There were plenty of towels for our stay.PCB is blessed with many good restaurants so we had no trouble finding some place to eat dinner. The problem was in selecting where to go among so many offerings.We appreciated the available beach chairs and umbrella down by the water. Being a 6 story building we did not have large crowds to contend with when walking from the building to the beach. All things considered, we had a very nice stay and will definitely consider returning (there are so many beautiful places to go).

Great Expectations Fulfilled

What a great week! My wife and I have been staying at EBR for 30 years. This was our first time in Windward but definitely not our last. The condo and the location were better than advertised. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We will be back to W303!!!!!

Nice Stay in PCB

My husband and I had a great stay! We have not vacationed in PCB in 20+ years so we were a little out of sorts. Picking up our parking pass and armbands from the office was quick and easy. Getting into the resort was a little trickier. The GPS tried to take us into an entrance that was not being used for entry, it was only allowing exiting cars. We found our way around to the other entrance but then weren't sure where to go from there. There were five different buildings. We finally figured it out but it was a little overwhelming if you are not familiar with the area. The condo was cute and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. Nice view from the balcony and the beach area out front was not over crowded. The thermostat in the room was set to where you could only adjust between 70-75. We like to sleep at 68-69. We kept the blinds closed and the fans going our whole stay so we managed but it was not ideal for us. The water from the tub leaves black residue, maybe from old pipes, not sure. The room is close to the elevator which was nice. The pool pictures on VRBO were misleading to us. The pool it pictures is not behind the condo. There is a small side pool and then you have to walk down to the first three towers to use the big pool. The "Oceans" restaurant was fantastic! It is located on site near the big pool. It was probably our favorite out of the places we ate while down there. The beach was great, the weather was great, the water was clear and blue, overall we enjoyed this trip!

Fell short of expectations

Advertised as sleeping 5. No linens left for pull out. Had to use towels to cover mattress pad to sleep on first night. Emailed to try and remedy situation with no response. Communication is lacking.

This condo was so cute, comfy king bed and pull out couch with extra padding for teen. Loved the double patio entry to the balcony. Saw several other condos and this one was by far the best looking. Zero issues with vrbo.com, very helpful and great customer service.
