Magnificent ocean view on the Ocean City, NJ Boardwalk. Two bedrooms: One with a queen bed, one with two twins as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room. One full bath, kitchen, beachfront deck with table and 4 chairs. Second-floor apartment is accessible by stairs only. Walk to pool one block away at a motel. Two parking spaces available. The kitchen has pots and pans, dishes, microwave, and coffee maker. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Saturday to Saturday rentals Mid-May through Mid-October. Beach tags are not provided.

This is an excellent location with all the amenities that you need. Canā€™t ask for more. Management responds in a timely manner as well. Excellent for all ages.

Awesome place!!

Everything about this rental was perfect for usā€¦.it had everything in the unit that we could possibly need, the balcony and view were amazing with wonderful sturdy outdoor furniture, comfortable sofas, linens and towels provided, a dedicated parking place, a first floor storage closet for beach chairs and hosing off the sand from your feet, etc. It was just wonderful! We hope to rent it again next year!

Perfect location

We loved our stay! It was especially perfect for our child, no commuting to the boardwalk or long treks to the beach dragging equipment. Food and entertainment right outside the door. Excellent view. Nice and clean and air conditioned. Access to the nearby hotel pool was a nice option to the beach. We would love to stay here again.

A truly unique rental, convenient location & well cared for property!

My husband, 2 year old and I just returned from our week stay at this property. It was such a fantastic location! The views and convenience of boardwalk/beach were outstanding. I'm pregnant and my son doesn't last more than 2 hours at a time on the beach at most. Being able to walk back and fourth was ideal in our situation. We spent a great deal of time in the apartment but we never felt like we were missing out on anything thanks to the balcony overlooking both the beach and boardwalk. It was GREAT entertainment for our son! I grew up renting houses with my family at the jersey shore and I will say, this was definitely one of the most well cared for properties we have stayed at. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. We loved that they provided clean sheets and towels. That was a big bonus! Overall, the space was pretty child proof too. There wasn't too much for our curious son to get into. One thing to keep in mind... there are no showers on the beach. There are showers right behind the rental property but they come with a daily price. We ended up filling up an empty cooler with water and leaving it in the downstairs storage unit (another big bonus!) and we would use a bucket to rinse off our feet off after the beach. It was almost impossible not to track some sand into the apartment because of this. We didn't mind cleaning off this way, but just wanted to share what worked for us so you can be prepared. All in all, we can't wait to return to ocean city and there's no way we would stay anywhere else. The space and views and location were too good too be true. Wendy was awesome to rent from as well. She responded to my many questions super quickly, which I appreciated greatly. We made so many priceless memories this week thanks to this fantastic property and owner. Thanks Wendy!

Loved it!

We loved staying at Wendyā€™s place and hope to be back before too long! The place was super clean, perfect location, and the porch the absolute best. We loved sitting out there enjoying the boardwalk/beach without being in the middle of crowds.

Wonderful location on the boardwalk

This was an excellent place to stay. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the boardwalk every day, had parking very close by, and quick responses from the property manager the couple times we needed something. Looking forward to staying again next year!

Can't beat the view!

A very nice property for our family vacation. Plenty of space in the apartment and convenient parking. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and attractions. The property owner was very nice and very responsive.

Great place, unique location

This apartment was beautifully done. You could tell that someone had paid attention to all of the little details, from the floors, chairs, tables, everything. We had a great time. The location is absolutely amazing. It's right as the boardwalk starts having more businesses along the side, so while the place felt quiet and had easy access to the beach, it was an short walk to get to the boardwalk attractions, like Jilly's, various mini-golfs, Manco&Manco's, etc. The luxury of being able to walk to the beach barefoot and not worrying too hard about bringing all of our stuff (since it was so close) was amazing.

Amazing location makes you feel like ocean city royalty!

My family and I (6 of us) had a great time! The location is one of if not the best locations. The apartment itself is bigger than expected with a large living space with open kitchen with kitchen table and living room with a pull out couch and love seat with small TV (I would guess 30 inches) allowing for plenty of open space. The bedrooms were also spacious with 2 comfortable single beds in the one bedroom but would have room for possibly 2 queens. The master bedroom is also a good size with a TV and a queen bed but could use an upgrade or a thick mattress topper as you can feel the springs. The bathroom was nice and provided plenty of hot water with great pressure as we would take 6 showers one after the other after the beach. The access to the Harris House pool a block away was great as it is a big pool that provides towels and also a nice clean full bathroom that we used to clean up after we checked out. The deck is the real gem though. It is a very generous size with a glass circle table, 4 white plastic chairs , and a white plastic lounger but still allows for more space. The slider door provides for almost wall to wall glass to view the ocean from the living space. This provides for amazing views rain or shine of the ocean. There is also a generous size storage space perfect for bikes and beach items. My family looks forward to renting again next year!

Love this place!

I definitely hope to book here again, I loved this apartment! It offered convenience to everything and was quite spacious and clean with an amazing deck. It also offers the convenience of linens which is a first for me renting in OC (long time renter).

Excellent stay, great location

This property was perfect for my friend and I to have a quick girls-getaway. Clean, spacious, comfortable seating, and roomy bedrooms. The location is absolutely perfect - the beach could not be closer, and the large deck offers gorgeous views. Would definitely stay here again, and my friend intends to rent this property for a week long summer vacation with her family.

This apartment really explains the term ā€œ location, location, location ā€œ. It is close to the beach and on the boardwalk. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed except groceries. Excellent!

OC Gem!

We are just finishing up our stay at this gem of a rental. I must say the pictures do not do it justice! It was clean, bright and the view was amazing. We have two small children and the location of this rental made everything so much easier for us. Surf, sand, and food right outside your door. I have stayed in OC for many years and this was by far my best experience! Shout out to Tony who was the in charge of the parking lot behind the building for being kind to my family and I. I can't say enough about how much fun we had. I will do my best to try and stay here every year!

My grandfather purchased the property many years ago and in 2015 we completely renovated the apartment. We continually make small improvements each year to ensure that it is beautiful for our guests every season. It has an amazing view and an unbeatable location. It is truly a special place.
