The unit was clean and conveniently located. The price was a bit high, but fair for the location. The only complaint being that there seemed to be an extraordinary amount of paperwork - lots of protectons for owners which I would think could be covered in the rent.

Everything was fabulous inside the unit. Everything worked. The patio was lovely to sit on each morning looking at the ocean. The pool onsite was not heated so for some might feel quite cool. The building was quiet.

We had everything we needed for the stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make meals. The location is walkable to Kailua-Kona shops and restaurants. The beach is a 7-8 minute walk from the property. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, etc. I canā€™t think of anything we needed that wasnā€™t already there. The bonus was seeing the sunset from the balcony. The host was very clear about how to access the property. We didnā€™t need to reach out to the host during our stay.

Incredible Hawaiā€™i Location!

This condo was clean, comfortable, the perfect location for walking to all the restaurants and shoppes of Kona, and incredible ocean views. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing we wishes was that the mattress was a little more firm, it tends to cradle you.

The place was very clean and beautiful, enjoyed the ocean view and sunset on the balcony. The two bathrooms were a great convenience when travel with family. Very nice property. Clean, spacious for a couple, and great location. The property manager kept us updated and even called us to let us know that we could check in earlier. You have everything you need to go to the beach in the property. Overall, everything went great. Highly recommend.

Great location and a lovely condo.

Condo is very well stocked including beach gear. It was very quiet and very clean. East walking distance to shopping and restaurants with none of the traffic. Wouldnā€™t change a thing and would definitely book this unit again.

Excellent accomodation

The Kona Coast Vacations VRBO was a great spot to have as a base for all of our daily trips, and excursions. The location is excellent(close to restaurants, shopping) and the Condo had all the amenities we needed. We watched several beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The residents were friendly and the pool was a refreshing way to settle into the late afternoon, evening.

Didn't want to leave!

This was an amazing place to stay. Listing is accurate very comfortably stay. I was comfortable and love it so much I was willing to stay forever! Kitchen was well equipped and very clean (no bugs). Loved the shower iff the main bedroom....never ran out of hot water with 4 of us showering. The pool was amazing...every time I went we pretty much had it to ourselves.
