Welcome to Willow Landing, a charming ranch-style Finger Lakes vacation rental overlooking Keuka Lake. This spacious vacation home offers beautiful lake views, five bedrooms, and plenty of room for your family and friends.

Enjoy convenient parking right beside the home before stepping inside to a bright great room with hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and a large 55-inch HDTV. The updated kitchen features a large island with seating, perfect for casual meals or chatting with the chef while cooking.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and private bath with a shower, along with stunning lake views. Two more queen bedrooms and a full bathroom complete the first floor.

Downstairs, the finished walk-out basement offers a large recreation room with ping pong, two additional bedrooms, and another full bath. Step outside to your private 190-foot lake frontage, dock, and walk-in beach access — perfect for relaxing, swimming, or enjoying a cozy fire pit as the sun sets.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

Note:
1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.

Fall Vacation

Loved the property. Having the sheets and towels wrapped upon entering the house was a plus. The property was nicer then we expected. Overall everything was super clean and the property was amazing. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend the house and look for more premier properties in the future.

Wonderful visit to Keuka Lake/Penn Yan

We chose this property for a family gathering of 3 generations, the oldest being 94 and the youngest 22 months. The layout of the house was perfect for our group; great kitchen/dining space for family cooking and eating together; outdoor porch for relaxing and reading overlooking the lake. The downstairs area was very accommodating for my daughter, son in law and their 3 children. The stairs down to the lake, although pictured, were a little steeper than we realized, but we made it work. We happened to arrive with the heat wave, so the lake was very refreshing. The dock was perfect for fishing, several of the children caught their first fish- very exciting!! Some friends and other family members stopped in to visit from time to time, everyone was very impressed with this home. Wonderful place for making memories. Thank you.

Overpriced

Nice property and we enjoyed the lake, however, we felt it was overpriced for our experience. The deck was full of cobwebs and we had to kill quite a few spiders inside of the house including black widows. Dowstairs it was cold and the fan was on full speed with the light on, the chain was broken so we couldnt turn the fan off without turning the light off. The kitchen could have had all the spices and oils needed for cooking with what we paid. We would enjoy coming back, but it was just too expensive for what we experienced.

Great house, great location

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect and was exactly as shown in pictures. Close to many wineries, great fire pit, and very clean! Would definitely go back and stay here again!

Amazing lake front stay!!

We had an absolutely awesome time on our annual family lake house trip! We had a large group of family all stay together with plenty of rooms and beds for all to sleep comfortably. We had some rainy weather but that didn’t stop a great time due to the games and ping pong table at the house. The water access was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding and we docked our boat right at the house which made going out fishing a breeze! Fred the owner was absolutely a pleasure and super attentive with any question we had. He even gave us the inside scoop on where the great fishing is.

Outdoor Cleanliness

We were there 5-6 years ago. Only thing that I could recommend was cleaning up a little better OUTSIDE . Deck sweeping , cobwebs and sweeping/cleaning needed behind grill and along where deck meets the house and downstairs outside basement entrance, some weeds along walkways and " beach' area need weed wacked back ect... Inside immaculate and we would come back again for sure .

Friends Getaway

6 couples rented this wonderful home this fall to visit the wine country. The house was so accommodating to all the bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor fire pit for our evening entertainment Would definitely rent this home again!!!

Excellent location… grounds maintenance lacking

Awesome location, clean inside. Only issue was that the trees and grounds in general had not been trimmed. Views from inside and on deck could / should be improved by trimming sucker branch growth on the Oak trees growing in between lake and house. A little selective / minor pruning would really improve views and my general impression of the property.

Great stay!

Beautiful lake property. Much bigger than I expected. The kitchen came fully stocked and lots of supplies for fun by the lake. The only recommendation I would have would be to bring your own pillows or mattress topper. Will be back!

Perfect getaway

Great weekend getaway with girlfriends for girls weekend. Very clean and the house has everything you would need for a perfect getaway. Location is private and peaceful. Looking forward to coming back again.

Beautiful lake front property and excellent 5 bedroom house.

Our family of 8 adults (3 generations) enjoyed this brief two day retreat during the pandemic. The location and amenities were just as advertised. It was roomy and sparkling clean. The owner lives next door so was available for any concerns but there were none. Looking forward to a longer stay next summer. We brought two kayaks to enjoy the lake and the swimming was delightful. Very clean water. We enjoyed a campfire under a full moon. The area was very quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful

very very beautiful place, clean, fully equipped, the lake is just amazing. Close to boating hubs. There are two kayaks in the house and plenty of life jackets. The owner is great wonderful person who makes sure everything is going well for you and your family. We loved the place so much and we can't wait to come back. We were sad when we left. Thanks for having us.

Lovely home on Keuka Lake

My family had an enjoyable time at this lovely home on Keuka Lake in mid-October. We enjoyed cooking, reading, playing ping-pong, and the outdoor fire ring. The sunrise, changing autumn leaves, and full moons were priceless. House was clean and well-maintained and beds were quite comfortable. Perhaps we’ll come back sometime in the summer so we can enjoy some swimming and boating.

Just as we had hoped ...

We were so pleased that everything was as it was presented on the site. The house was very clean, we had plenty of towels, the gift pack was very nice, and the location was so pretty and comfortable. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed the fire pit area and ping pong table! The house had just the right amount of furnishings - plenty of places to sit, ample cooking room, and a well-stocked kitchen. The instructions for the household were clear - i.e. how to use the TV's, labeled light switches, etc. Great house!

Beautiful vacation spot, can't wait to return!

This home was ideal for our vacation (late August). We went with another family, so in total 4 adults and 3 children under 6. The location is beautiful. It is right on the lake, with the home about 2 flights of stairs above lake level. At lake level is a fire pit with many ADK style chairs, and there are two kayaks and plenty of life jackets, as well as a small dock. Keuka Lake is one of the most beautiful places I've been to, and the property location is quiet yet well situated to get into Penn Yan to get groceries, a short drive away from Hammondsport, and a short drive to beautiful wineries and breweries. Its location is also ideal as you can enjoy many attractions on Seneca Lake as well without long drives. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and there is a nice gas grill so you could do all your cooking at home if you like. We have spent multiple summers in the Finger Lakes and I would definitely strongly consider booking this home again.
