Hidden Oak Oasis Family friendly home on beautiful Keuka Lake

Hidden Oak Oasis is a lakefront home, renovated in 2020, located on Keuka Lake's highly desirable East Bluff Drive, about six miles from Penn Yan. Five bedrooms and three full bathrooms make this a comfortable vacation home for families and friends to gather.
Guests can enter the house from the front door or the ramp on the side of the house for those who need a more accessible entrance. The main floor has an open floor plan. There is a large covered deck off of the dining room that looks out over the lake. There you will find a natural gas grill with two tables and chairs.
The kitchen has new appliances including a wine fridge. There are cooking utensils, pots and pans and service for 12. The dining room has a custom made banquet eating area with a view of the lake. In the living room you will find comfortable seating with a large flat screen t.v. with cable and a gas fireplace to keep you cozy in the winter months.
Off of the living room is the first floor suite which has a king bed and t.v. The attached bathroom is handicapped accessible with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms which each have a queen bed. There is a second floor bathroom with a shower/tub.

On the lower level there is a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom with a shower. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. From the lower level you have access to the lake and a comfortable patio with a hot tub that accommodates 6 adults.
From the patio there is a yard with well maintained gardens leading to stairs to the lake.
Midway down the stairs is a balcony that has a small table with seating for two. This is a great place to enjoy the activity on the lake or a quiet moment in the evening.
Continue down the stairs and you will arrive at the beach. Here you will find a dock, a shed with life jackets and some beach toys. There are 5 kayaks onracks to use for a quiet paddle down the lake. There is a fire pit and some Adirondack chairs to enjoy a cozy fire.
Parking for the house is next to the main entrance and allows for four cars. There is a 220 AMP receptacle at the front of the house for charging electric vehicles. We ask that you bring your own cord.
With wifi accessibility, central air, and a whole house generator, this house will keep you comfortable in all four seasons as you are enjoying all that Keuka Lake and the surrounding area has to offer!
** Renters must be at least 30 years of age. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is at least 30 years old.
***Absolutely NO Pets or Animals allowed at any time. Anyone found to be in violation will be asked to leave immediately.
** NO PARTIES allowed at any time.
** Smoking is prohibited on the property.
** Guests must comply with maximum occupancy at all times. No exceptions. Only 10 guests allowed at any time.
** Parking allows for 4 vehicles.
Guests assume liability for the use of the dock and assume responsibility for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guests themselves.
