Thank you for choosing our penthouse! To ensure a wonderful stay for you and all our neighbors, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

Pool & Common Areas
Pool Hours: Enjoy the pool between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM (for everyone’s comfort, please avoid late-night swims).

Safety First: No lifeguard is on duty, so please supervise children under 13 at all times.

Swimwear Only: For hygiene reasons, street clothes aren’t allowed in the pool.

Keep It Relaxing: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you avoid loud music, gatherings, or alcohol in pool areas.

No Glass Near Water: For safety, please use plastic or aluminum containers instead.

Quiet Enjoyment
Be Mindful of Noise: Whether day or night, please keep voices, music, and TV volumes low so all guests can unwind.

No Parties or Events: To respect our community, we don’t permit gatherings in units or common areas.

Trash & Cleanliness
Disposal Tips: Please tie trash bags securely and place them in the designated bins—never leave them outside your door.

Balcony Care: Avoid tossing anything (cigarette butts, water, etc.) from balconies to keep the gardens clean.

Pets
Pets aren’t allowed in common areas, and if they’re joining you in the penthouse, please ensure they don’t disturb others (excessive barking isn’t permitted).

this is a very average apartment, and is further out from all the nice places. we spent a lot of time going back and forth from the fun areas and beach and would have preferred to be closer, the cleanliness was average too

Cabo trip

The property was nice inside and felt safe. The surrounding neighborhood and street is in desperate need of attention. Too much garbage, unfinished roads, poorly lit, stray cats and dogs, feces on roads. Agent was very helpful.

EASY WALKING DISTANCE TO TOWN

The complex itself is quiet and secure; easy walk to marina, restaurants and shops. Unfortunately the area around the condos can be quite noisy - loud music from outdoor bar that goes until 2-3am, lots of truck traffic and dust. When we did have any issues (hot water) they were quick to respond and the concierge was always there ready and willing to help. Unfortunately they couldn't do anything about the noise in the areas outside of the condos.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at this property for 5 weeks and absolutely loved it. The condo itself was well located, walking distance to downtown which was a must for us. Close to all the grocery stores and Costco. We thoroughly enjoyed the second level, penthouse area and spent alot of evenings there. The pool was also a great asset, and a great place to enjoy afternoon drinks with friends we made at the condo. The condo itself was well decorated with comfy beds and all the amenities of home. The bonus of being able to aquire a cleaning lady a few times during our stay was a surprise and worth the small fee. I felt very safe with security 24/7 and the other tennants were very friendly. There were a few water issues when we first arrived but quickly taken care of by our great management company "Be Mexico". Miguel and Mauricio took care of any requests we had and went over and above our expectations. They even arrived at the end of our stay to wish us safe travels home. I would definately stay at this property in the future!

New adventure / experience in Cabo San Lucas

We normally stay in our timeshare but they didn't have any availability for the dates we wanted so began looking at VRBO. The photos of this penthouse are what drew us in. Upon arriving the place looked exactly like the pictures which made us very happy. Our contact, Dania, was very responsive and helpful with all of our needs and questions. Future guests should be aware that this is an apartment complex where real families live and real life happens, therefore the experience is very different than a timeshare. If you are up for a new adventure and experience I recommend this location.

Recent Stay

We recently spent two weeks at this property in Cabo from March 17 through April 1, 2024. We were very pleased with our stay. We had some minor issues when we first arrived but they were quickly taken care of by Anna, our property liaison. The apartment is situated very close to the main street in Cabo, so it was easy to walk back-and-forth to our destinations. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed and that were needed for our stay. While the outside of the apartment looks a little rough, there is full-time security, and the complex is gated so we felt safe at all times. We did purchase beach towels and left them at the apartment for guests to use as that was one item that we found lacking. Ana was lovely and very accommodating. She kept in constant communication with us and answered any and all questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Downtown Cabo

Property was exactly as advertised and property owner and host were very responsive. Extremely good communication. The place was well appointed with beach chairs, all necessary kitchen items, wine bottle openers, baby spoons, etc. All you could think of. Many times we rent through VRBO and the places are not well appointed. This was perfect. There was already fresh coffee on the counter and coffee filters, etc. and plenty of trash bags. Sometimes owners only leave one extra trash bag. :( Really!!?? We purchased a rolling beach cooler and left it for future occupants as that and beach towels were all that was lacking. Very nice stay!! Good location to downtown. Area looks a little rough, but we had no issues. Older condos, but very clean and secure.

Wonderful stay at the penthouse

Clean but loud

Dania is a very good responsive host. She sent Marco the maintenance man over on a couple of occasions and he was always reliable ,on time ,and fixed the problem easily. Dania and Marko are good people and so are most of the residents that live in this Mexican Condo. The condo is clean, well equipped, and bug & lizard free. If you stay here you need to have a high tolerance for noise! There is a restaurant bar situation beside the condo that plays extremely loud music into the wee hours of the night. It’s not unusual to hear this loud music until 4 AM. As well, there is sometimes a sewer smell emanating from this restaurant, so be careful not to leave windows open in the bathroom and the second bedroom.

Perfectly situated

We completed a six week stay over the holidays. The property was exactly as advertised. The pictures of the upstairs terrace area do not do the space justice. It is spacious, clean, protected from the elements, and a great place to hang out. This is a large complex, but remarkably quiet. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal with easy access to everything Cabo is noted for. The marina is easy walking distance away and there is a Costco-like store within easy walking distance. Although close to everything, there is just enough distance to provide some insulation from the crowds and noise. Karla, our contact person, was friendly, helpful, and responsive. I will certainly stay again if the unit is available.

Great location

Location is easy to access and close to everything you need in Cabo! Quick 15 minute walk to Medano/the Mango deck. 15 minutes to the mall and marina. You really can't beat the location! The second room is loud all through the evening (8pm-4am) due to the late night food truck courtyard, but on the plus side, you know where to find late night food! This room would not be good for any kind of light sleeper. It was barely okay for a heavy sleeper. The AC leaks in the main bedroom onto the nightstand. You can see where water has damaged the light, so you don't want to keep anything on the nightstand of value. Other than those two small complaints, the space is wonderful. For those who feel uncomfortable for whatever reason, it's a gated community. Keys and cards get you through the gate, so no one is freely walking through the complex. Pro tip: if you can't get the hot water to work (we couldn't figure it out for four days. Showered in the ocean a few times) then run the water in the kitchen until it's hot, THEN turn on the shower. It's literally the only way we found we could make hot water work. Once we got past that blip, it was smooth sailing! .

Love Cabo

We really enjoyed our stay, loved the location, Karla was a great hostess. The condo was perfect for us, we had friends over and it was comfortable with our guests. Definitely would stay again.

A lovely stay!!

I enjoyed my stay at the property. Karla and Dania were extremely accommodating from the moment I arrived, until I left. I had a last minute hiccups with my travel and they were so helpful with making it go as smoothly as possible. I used the round trip airport transportation which was a nice and easy touch since I was traveling solo. I went for my bday and Karla decorated for me, and got a cake which was a great offering. I’m not a fan of chocolate cake but the cake she got was delicious. I really wanted to bring it home lol. They were helpful in ways that I didn’t expect. They have great recommendations for things to do, and eat. They respond pretty quickly to any inquiries. I checked out a few of the restaurants she recommended and I loved them. I loved the day passes at the nearby resort, I went a few times. I was able to walk to the marina, a beach and a resort in about 10-12 minutes. I used Uber a few times, and all the rides were very cheap because the location was central to quite a few things in Cabo. The community around the property was very friendly as well. There is a food stall place next to the property that plays music and has a variety of food. I was curious to see, so I popped in to check it out and I enjoyed that as well. It was a great stay. They made my first Cabo trip memorable! I’d stay again

Excellent location!

During our month long stay we thoroughly enjoyed the area and all it had to offer. We could walk anywhere in Cabo in 15 min or less. Weekly maid service was a huge plus as well as having a washer and dryer. Karla, our host was always available to answer questions or give a recommendation.

You'll love the upstairs area with a grill and a fireplace.

We were pleased with how closely the actual condo was to what was shown in the posted pictures. The condo was very clean and we really enjoyed being able to use the grill and fireplace in the upstairs area.

Great location and a great concierge

It was a great stay! They message back so fast and are eager to help! If we needed help they responded within the hour! Would stay again. There were A few small issues with water not working or the fire pit not working but they were fixed same day and we were compensated with a free dinner!!! Amazing customer service.
