The comfortable living room has a sleeper sofa, loveseat, TV, and a full wall of windows leading out to a covered oceanfront balcony. This large balcony is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee or an evening appetizer after a long day on the beach.
The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, a slider to the balcony and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two twins, and TV. There is a jacuzzi tub/shower combo that can be accessed from the hallway.

Stroll along the private walkways, surrounded by the beautiful gardens, native live oaks, palmettos, and meandering lagoons. The manicured gardens and landscaped pathways take you directly to the pool or the beach. The large climate-controlled pool has plenty of lounge chairs, and an observation area. A wonderful large gazebo shades tables and chairs for those who want to take a break from the sun and have a bite to eat.
You will find three grills and a bar area ideal for picnics with adjacent bathrooms and an enclosed hot tub poolside. The beach is just a few steps away. Convenient showers are available to wash away the sand from an exciting day at the beach.
