Charming updated LBI Shore House. 1st floor rental only! We keep the 2nd floor for family only.

Only rented through this site, not listed anywhere else. Please don’t book through facebook or paypal that is not legitimate.

One of the best locations anywhere on the island. 2 blocks to the Beach or the Bay. Quiet and Friendly, family oriented street. Walking distance to several restaurants and a few markets.

During prime season only Saturday one week reservations.

Guest count must be accurate, fees vary depending on guest count.

4 Beach tags are included. Fresh outdoor shower, Gas BBQ grill and outdoor sitting area in the backyard.

A Mitsubishi AC system has been installed and is keeping us cool or warm on the cool Fall/Spring night. Our newly updated kitchen features granite countertops and a large double basin sink, bringing style and function to the beach.

Please note: Linens and towels are not included please bring your own. Maximum of 6 people per unit. Check in is at 2 PM

AC in each bedroom, Outdoor shower, Internet, Netflix are included.
Off-Street parking for 2 cars per unit.

Small Pets my be considered under 50 lbs with agreement between guests and owner, and pet fee.

LBI weekend

This was the perfect place for us, while we were on the island for a family wedding. Perfect location and great accommodations! Mike was super easy to work with in ensuring everything was good to go. Would definitely recommend it!

Walking down memory lane…..

Great space indoors and out! Temperature control for rental was top notch. Kitchen and bath both very clean. My grown daughters and I loved our vacation time on LBI then ….and now thanks to a fitting rental on the first floor with the perfect amount of space. What a treat to either get on bikes or to walk to all the places we like to go in Surf City. One night out to Beach Haven and morning trips to see Old Barney as well as Harvey Cedars’ Maris Stella chapel were a short drive away. Thank you Mike for being an accessible and chill host with top notch appliances and grill. We loved our stay! Karma is a cool dog too. Thanks again for having us.

No City Like Surf City

Our family had the most pleasant and relaxing experience renting from Mike. The property location is in walking distance to so many shops and restaurants and most importantly the beach! The house is well kept and perfect for a family of four adults with a small dog

2nd time in Surf City at Mike's!

We loved it the minute we walked in last year and even more this time around...even with rain on and off it was so nice to stay...the area is quiet and the beach access, eateries, bike rentals close by made it so convenient.. we wished we could have stayed longer, hopefully next time...our pup Pino approved too! Thanks Mike!

Perfect Stay

Mike was super helpful with anything we needed and replied quickly to messages before we arrived. It’s a short walk to the beach, shops, and bay. Owners even leave recommendations for restaurants in the area. There’s a nice field by the bay at the end of the street to take your dog or to watch the sunset over the water.

Great place

Great vacation

Mike and Karma were outstanding hosts, and the house was awesome. The location was great, it had all the amenities you could ask for, and was very clean. We going to miss hanging out on the front porch. A great vacation!

A great quiet stay

My family and I vacation in Surf City every start of the Summer. This year we rented with Mike and couldn't have been happier. We felt welcomed the moment we arrived and the place was exactly as described but even better than the photos. The addition of the Adirondack chairs to hang out outside on the porch gave a relaxing touch after a long beach day. Location can't be beat, short walking distance to the beach, food, shops and How You Brewin'? Great spacious outdoor shower, huge curved tv with apple tv (which my son loved!) We could go on and on. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Mike, Bridget and Karma! :)

Wonderful Property Close to the Beach

My 3 young kids, husband and I stayed at this property for a week at the end of June. The property is very nicely maintained and was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and the home itself had everything we needed. Mike was a very responsive host. Check in was easy. The house is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and there is a great coffee shop as well as multiple restaurants, shops and mini golf all within walking distance. 4 beach passes were available to use, as well as beach chairs and an umbrella. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location! Perfect spot

My husband and pup went for our anniversary, we had a lovely stay. Mike was super nice and helpful and the place is really cute and perfect location. They even have a large porch to relax on after the beach.

Great Stay with the PUP!

First time getaway with our Frenchie! Host Mike was so nice! Even when it rained a bit our stay was still enjoyable. Great porch to sit and relax. Mike thought of many amenities! Nice to get to the beach or bay. Can't wait to go back!

Second time staying here

Very clean and well kept house. This is our second time staying here and not one issue with the house. Close walking distance to food, coffee the bay or the ocean. Owner added a pizza oven. ❤️❤️🍕❤️❤️ Highly recommend this awesome house.

HIGHLY recommend!

My husband and I, along with our two friends and their toddler had an amazing Memorial Day weekend thanks to Mike and VRBO. Not only is this property super clean, it’s in a great location, (1.5blocks from the beach and coffee house) and the property owner Mike, is the sweetest guy! He had beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use, along with WiFi in the home, and an Apple TV hooked up to a large curved TV to watch at night. We also enjoyed our evenings on the large porch and chairs as well. If you are looking for a nice place to stay with your family or friends-look no further, this is your spot. The listing is as advertised. My husband and I along with our friends walked in and felt that the home was perfect! 5 stars! We plan on coming back again next year!

Stay here it’s AWESOME and Super Clean.

Incredible house to rent. DOG FRIENDLY and awesome owner. Super clean and everything in working order. It has a functional layout and great location. Easy walk to the beach or bay, sunrise and sunset just a short walk away. Wally’s LBI and How you Brewing both places we enjoy and frequent are walking distance along with a bunch of other places. Easy parking. Great HVAC system and super large washer and dryer. WiFi is strong works on spacious front porch. Would and will definitely rent again. Loved this place.

Wonderful Weekend!

We had a lovely weekend in LBI and enjoyed staying at Mike's property. The house is in a great location, very easy to walk to the beach as well as restaurants, ice cream spots, etc. It was also a big bonus for his home to be dog friendly as our pup really loves being at the beach in the off season. Looking forward to a return visit!

Awesome Stay- Definitely recommend

My Husband and I, with our three dogs, stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our 28th anniversary and just unwind. The weather turned out to be perfect. The place is located between the bay and the beach, all in walking distant with lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Everything was just as it was listed. Very clean and comfortable. House had everything we needed, bring your sheets, pillows and towels. Nice three bedrooms (they do have rugs in the bedrooms if you bring your dogs, would recommend Mike put floors in) and one bedroom includes washer and dryer. Loved sitting on the porch to enjoy my tea in the morning and wine at sundown with the pups and hubby. When we arrived, we met Mike, very nice guy, very down to earth. He lives upstairs. You do hear some noise when people go upstairs. He also has a friendly Australian Shepard dog, (mine were not in the mood that day to socialize) which you can hear walking around upstairs when he brings him back in from doing business, but besides that very quiet. There are three showers in the back of the house for cleaning off the sand. He also has a grill set up for cooking. The back yard seems to be set up for Mike, but he did offer it to us if we wanted to sit back there. If you do have dogs, the only place for them to do their "business" is out front on the stones, but we did find a large open space with grass for them about a block walking from the house. There is a strip of grass down the street as well to take them. There is also a doggie park. All in all it was a very relaxing place to stay, neighborhood is really nice, and the neighbors we met were all so pleasant. I would definitely recommend and absolutely would come back next year.

Highly recommend!

The house is perfect for a family vacation! Our family has been coming to LBI for 25+ years and we had a great stay here. The location is great - close to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, coffee etc. The house is updated, clean, and exactly as listed (I think one of the bedrooms has even been updated). The front porch was a fan favorite (especially our dog) and perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Mike was very nice & easy to work with and he made sure we had everything we needed. He gave us nice recommendations in the area. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect vacation

Our stay at Mike’s property was awesome! The house is super clean and has everything you need. The location is perfect - within walking distance to mini golf, restaurants, ice cream, liquor store, coffee shop, etc. - a short two block walk to both the beach and the bay. Our family, including our dog, really had the best time. I think our dog was also pretty smitten with Mike’s dog which was an added bonus! A huge “thanks” to Mike for being a great host and for sharing his property with our family!
