Beautiful house on the outskirts of Valldemossa for 4 people with fantastic views over the mountains the famous Valldemossa Charterhouse
Evenings at night in this house are unforgettable! On the terrace, under the starry sky and while gazing at the panoramic view of the village full of warm lights, you can light the barbecue and prepare tasty delicacies accompanied by a good glass of wine. During the day, imagine how magical it would be to relax in the sun, sipping a coffee and reading something while enjoying the views of the charming village and the imposing mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. There are direct neighbours.

The accommodation, decorated in an exquisite rustic style, is featured by an ample living room open to the dining area with satellite TV and fireplace, a kitchen, a shower bathroom and two bedrooms. The renewed and practical kitchen comes with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and all tools you may need to cook as if you were at home. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The two bedrooms are very beautiful and luminous; one of them has a double bed and the other one comes with two twin beds. A cot and a high chair can be placed in any of them. There are 3 fans available in case you need them. There is gasoil central heating in the house.

The house is located in Valldemossa and is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful villages on the island for its tranquillity and incomparable beauty. It has lush vegetation, steep cobbled streets that invite you to lose yourself in them and enjoy their charm. It has a mythical hermitage and hides a cultural history not to be missed. It is such a peaceful village because it is still inhabited by warm locals and very respectful visitors. Here you will find all the necessary services such as supermarkets, transport, restaurants and bars. Not to forget the bakeries where you should definitely try the traditional coca de patata. Although the house is located next to the busy road, this also provides quick access to nearby idyllic places such as DeiĆ  or Fornalutx. In just 25 minutes by car, you can reach Palma, the island's capital, with its beautiful cathedral. If you prefer to enjoy the beach, we recommend visiting coves such as Cala DeiĆ , Port de Valldemossa Beach, or Cala Banyalbufar. Occasionally, the neighbors' dogs can be heard.

Our stay was incredible!! The place is spacious and clean, and includes a fully equipped kitchen. The views were amazing, you can see the sun set on the beautiful town of Valldemossa. It is within walkable distance from many restaurants/cafes/supermarkets yet still very private. The hosts were super responsive throughout all our stay!

Valdemossa is a great area from which to explore the island. The town itself if lovely and an easy walk from the house. We were very unlucky with the weather, rain and more rain!The house is on the side of the road and noisy by day. But quite at night. The view from the terrace is gorgeous.

Magical setting

Casa Miranda is a wonderful house with incredible views of Valdemossa and the surrounding mountains. The house is rustic and has what you need for a comfortable stay. I would give it 5 stars except that it needs a deep clean and some maintenance. The kitchen drawers and refrigerator were dirty; there is mold on the bathroom tiles; grimy light switches; and some appliances and electrical outlets do not work. There is a lot of opened dry food, spices, oils etc. left by previous occupants filling the cupboards. If you can overlook this, then you will be richly rewarded!

The casa was easy to find as its right on the principle road into Valldemossa from Palma. I had read a couple of reviews saying parking outside was difficult because of the sharp entry angle and narrow gate but we had no problems. It was convenient for quickly getting back on the road and out into the mountains. The views from every window are beautiful and the terrace which faces the village with vistas of the mountainside is big. Lots of space inside too and very clean and homely. Nice high ceilings. The shower has little water pressure which was a shame, especially as all the taps were fine. I wouldn't say it impacted the stay too much but it did turn showering into more of a chore than normal. A more delicate holiday-maker than myself might feel upset by it. Checking in and out was easy and communication was good. We stayed for a week over Christmas and were gifted a bottle of wine from the hosts which was very nice. Would stay again

PhƤnomenale Aussicht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt und die riesige Terrasse mit der phƤnomenalen Aussicht auf Valldemossa zu jeder Tageszeit wunderbar nutzen kƶnnen. Als uns ein Sonnenschirm zerbrach, wurde er umgehend durch einen neuen Schirm ersetzt, ohne die hinterlegte Kaution zu belasten. Durch die direkte Lage an der StraƟe war es tagsĆ¼ber manchmal ein wenig laut, aber abends wurde es ruhiger und wir konnten wunderbar schlafen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad in het huis en de omgeving!

Het is een heerlijk huis met een groot terras en fantastisch uitzicht op Valldemossa. Het huis is wat gedateerd, maar heel compleet ingericht. Het huis ligt op een fijne wandelafstand van het dorp. De wandeling zelf betreft een korte/stijle klim, maar eenmaal boven hadden wij alles wat we ons wensen konden. De huurauto konden wij op het terras parkeren. Ook dat was fijn.

Die Ferienwohnung verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber sehr ansprechende RƤume und vor allem Ć¼ber eine sehr groƟe Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick auf Valldemossa. Wanderwege im Gebirge sind sowohl zu FuƟ, als auch mit Bus und Mietwagen gut erreichbar, nach 15 Minuten FuƟweg ist man im Zentrum von Valldemossa.

Traumhafte Lage des Hauses mit Blick auf Valemossa

Trotz der AutostraƟe die nahe am Haus vorbei ging, konnte man auf den vielen Terrassen gut sitzen und am Abend die herrliche beleuchtete Altstadt sehen. Ab 20 Uhr sind auch nicht mehr soviel Autos gefahren und vorallem keine Busse mehr.

Amazing place to stay for our family. The views are breathtaking, the balcony is vast and the house was very well equipped. We knew from the reviews that it was in a main road but this didnā€™t bother us and it is at the back of the house. This really exceeded all of our expectations!!!

Very well equipped kitchen so you may cook proper meals, well functioning washing machine, cozy fireplace, bbq, dining area in big living room with soft couch and comfortable beds and big terrace.
