An oasis of comfort in the heart of the Tramuntana

This cozy house is located in the beautiful artists' village of Deia. A small path leads over a small bridge and then about 120 meters to the house, which was built into the old olive tree terraces and therefore but has a magnificent view of the valley of Deia on the gigantic rock massif des Teix. A staircase leads from the path down to porch and front door. The stone table under the pergola provides a shady spot. Here can be grilled or enjoyed with a glass of wine the sunset, which can illuminate the Teix in still other reds.
The house has a cozy living room, whose windows offer a magnificent view. Likewise, we find the open kitchen and the dining room. The old Mallorcan cuisine has recently been extensively restored, so that it still fits stylistically into the house, but meets all requirements of a modern kitchen.
In back of the house there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms are both each equipped with a double bed. In the green bedroom (see photos), which actually consists of two collapsed rooms, there is an additional single bed.
The white tiled bathroom includes a bath with shower and toilet and bidet.
A large balcony invites not only for sunbathing but offers even more exceptional view over the valley.

Parking for your car is on the road always sufficiently available.
From the house you can reach in five minutes the main street of Deia. Several nice places like the Xelini, the Sa Vinya or It Punt offer fine dining. In Tolo you can enjoy breakfast in the bar Sa Font Fresca or just a café con leche. In the Sa Fonda Bar is regularly making music live and it can relax with a fresh Cerveza a cozy evening. Bank, pharmacy and post office are also available as three small grocery stores, covering all things of everyday necessities.
The Cala Deià is a classic pebble beach, can be bathed well in the. Two Local offer fresh food and complete the picture of this idyllic bay. The Cala Deia can be reached by car over a long winding road, one can reach below the house but also a beautiful hiking bay within twenty minutes.
In Deiá You are deep in the heart of the beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. Both start in Deia itself as well as in the beautiful neighboring villages of Valldemossa, Soller and Fornalutx many beautiful walking paths which are not included in any guide. I am happy to advise you in this regard.
