4 DAY MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS, NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY CHECK-INS. NO PARTIES/PROMS/WEDDINGS/OR PETS ALLOWED. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE WILL RESULT IN FULL LOSS OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. Maximum number of guest at any time is 20. If you enjoy taking your friends and family on vacation, then Bluewater Bungalow is for you! Being Beachfront, you have beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico with a walk over that leads you to the beach. House also has a wheelchair ramp. The large and spacious deck will allow you and all of your guests to comfortably watch the amazing sunrise and sunset that you will definitely not want to miss. This home is located on the county beach which gives you free access to drive along the water. If you plan to cook, this home has a wonderful kitchen an outdoor grill. Do not miss out on this beautiful house. Renter must furnish their own paper supplies (including toilet paper) trash bags, cleaning supplies and laundry/dish detergents.

I love the fact that it has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, two ovens, two refrigerators, two barbecue pits and a big deck with lots of comfortable seating. Makes it very nice for large family groups. Bluewater Bungalow is my top pick!

The beach house was spacious with every room having their own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook a meal. The game changer was the ramp up to the house, My 80 year old parents not having to take the stairs up and down and bringing suitcases and groceries up was a breeze. Being able to drive on the beach was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

There was a smoke alarm that was buried behind a wall that started going off at 3am one morning!! They were very good about sending people out to find the problem. It was SO annoying to hear that constant alarm!! We were so glad for their quick response. This was our second stay at this house, and we will be back again.

Reviewer Comments: we love the house and the location. we have rented many times. over the years the kitchen table we noticed has gotten worse with the finish on it being sticky. i believe it needs to be sanded and redone, as well as the bench seat.. i bring table clothes to cover it so we wont have paper plates and cups sticking to it.. that is the only issue.. we always now try to get houses with a ramp and bluewater bunglow has everything that fits our family.. its awesome house.. thanks for letting us stay again..

Four bedrooms/four baths make it the perfect spot for a large group. The proximity to the beach is perfect, and the ramp gets you over the dunes. The management staff is always available if you need anything. I highly recommend Bluewater Bungalow.

My only complaint is we had to make all the beds ourselves when we arrived. Clean sheets and towels were in cleaning bag that we had to unload and distribute to each room. Plus side.. we knew they were cleaned before arrival.

Reviewer Comments: Check in at 4pm, spend 1 hour making all the beds in the house.Hair in towels and wash cloths.Cookies under TV in kids room (found when trying to get the TVs to work, never could.)Crumbs all over counters. Windows so filthy with sand and moisture you can’t even enjoy the view. But, you can spend the next 30 minutes of your stay cleaning them.The house is gorgeous, don’t get me wrong. The porch is amazing. Living room and kitchen are totally gorgeous and make you feel like you’re in a mansion. But as a clean freak, I was disappointed. Especially because you pay so much. You expect it to be clean, at the very minimum.
