Backyard also has gas fire pit and built-in BBQ entertainment area.

Amazing Holiday Stay!

We stayed in the Hoover's property for a week arriving on Christmas Day. Their home is simply amazing! From the incredible outdoor spaces boasting gorgeous sunsets to the spacious Balinese inspired interior, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The beaches are just a short drive away and are great for surfing or just relaxing. Some mornings we would walk down to the great breakfast spots and the juice bar in Downtown Solana Beach which was always a great start to the day. The Hoovers were very kind and easy to communicate with. We would definitely look forward to another stay in their home!

We stayed at Janet & George's property for our son's 16th birthday and had an absolute blast. Everything was exactly as the listing stated (if not better). the house and property are all immaculate and everything works perfectly. We planned on spending a few days at the beach but the place is so nice that we ended up hanging out at the house swimming, cooking and having a great time. We had some family come visit during our stay and everyone was so comfortable and had so much fun swimming, playing ping-pong etc. It was also very easy to communicate with the owners when we had questions or needed anything. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future.

The house is amazing!

My family and I just returned from eight nights at the home. If it’s possible, the pictures don’t do it justice! You are literally in paradise. The pool set up with the hot tub and the patio kitchen is amazing. The beauty of oversized wall of windows can’t be explained. The floorplan is perfect for adults with children, with each downstairs bedroom having its own full bath! I saved the best for last-the upstairs master suite is like nothing I had ever seen - Massive walk-in closet with windows, huge master en-suite with walk-in shower, The bedroom has full wrap around windows and multiple private patios. To state that this was a luxurious home for a vacation is an understatement. Solana Beach is also beautiful and has beaches, bars, restaurants, all in very close proximity to the house. It’s conveniently located about a 20 minute drive to Mission Beach/Pacific beach, San Diego zoo, Legoland, Seaworld, stone brewery, airport, etc. All in all and A++++ stay.

Beautiful and luxurious retreat

We stayed for a week with family during our birthday week (mine and my daughter) and my parents joined us for a few nights too. It was a wonderful home for a family with plenty of room and amenities for everyone! The home is large with ample space including a large master suite with fireplace, huge walk in closet and mater bath upstairs. The views are incredible--Ocean on one side, hills on the other and the expansive lagoon in between. There was some freeway noise but after the first day there we were quickly used to it and the space felt private and secluded. We enjoyed the pool, spa, outdoor eating, the fire pit, outdoor kitchen, listening to music on the sound system, the gardens, and ping pong. Sports fans loved watching the olympics on the 70inch TV. Our grand son loved playing with the legos too! We did yoga with the koi pond and fountain in the background in the front court yard. Truly something for everyone!!The home was well stocked, plenty of towels, dishes, etc. We even enjoyed a ride on the bikes down to Cedros for lunch out. Truly amazing, highly recommend this perfect home! We did not want to leave. Thank you to the Hoovers for sharing your lovely home.
