Beautiful completely renovated 3 bedroom 3 bath home. Ideally located steps (3-5 minute walk) from St Armand's Circle shops and restaurants and minutes from downtown Sarasota. Walk to famous Lido Key beach (Approx 10 minute walk). Professionally designed, furnished and outfitted.

Primary Bedroom has king bed, closet, flat screen TV, en-suite with double sinks, and walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed, tv, closet and also en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Third bedroom has a king bed, tv, and closet, a 3rd bathroom (not attached). Family Room outfitted with large flat screen TV, comfortable couches and chairs, sliders to outside living space by the pool. Dining area seats 8 and also has 6 bar stools for additional seating. Kitchen is open concept to dining area and family room - great for entertaining. Fully equipped with all utensils and appliances.

Outdoor pool and seating areas provide privacy and relaxation. Back yard is walled in for privacy. Outdoor furniture includes 5 chaise lounges pool side. Table and 6 chairs, and sitting area under outside lanai for shade, relaxing, eating, and sitting by the pool. Gas grill (propane to be provided by renter), & 6 beach chairs. Please note: No pets allowed

We thoroughly enjoyed our monthā€™s stay at Lisa & Johnā€™s beautiful beach home. They were both very responsive to any question we had. The home is absolutely beautiful, having been completely redone after the devastating hurricane. The pool & backyard area are very inviting. We spent a great deal of time outdoors.Weā€™re both so excited to be returning next year for an even longer stay.

Lisa is a very responsive host answers any questions quickly. Loved using the warm salt water pool & the house is modern and ideal for a family stay. Lido beach and St Armands circle with great shops and restaurants are only a walk away.

Perfect!

This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The house was extremely clean, beautifully furnished and a short walk to St. Armand's Circle. The pool and back yard were exactly what we needed to escape the heat. We would absolutely recommend and plan to come back soon!

The Best Outdoor Space

I've rented this house twice now and it is such a great location. My favorite part though is the pool and backyard. Large, sunny, open space with comfortable lounge chairs and also a large shaded area with dining table and seating for a group. Perfect for all to be together and hang out for the day.

Great Location

First time from all the places we stayed, this wonderful home beat all expectations! We were close to St. Armandā€™s and Lido beach. We walked every where. The pool was wonderful. Everything contained this home was first class.

Great location

We loved out stay on Lido Key! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host quickly responded when we had a question. The location is great. We rented a golf cart and never drove our car. It was a quick ride to town or to the beach. We will definitely be back!

The best place on St Armands

After 22 consecutive years of visiting St Armands and staying at a variety of properties, nothing compares to this home. Great location, super easy to work with property host, beautiful and spotless home, awesome backyard, LOVE the saltwater pool. We have no desire to go anywhere else in the future. It cannot get any better than this. The house and pool are perfect as is the neighborhood. St. Armandā€™s and Lido Beach are just blocks away. Lisa is a great owner and very responsive to any requests. Cannot wait to be back next year!

Great Sisters Week

Lisaā€™s home was the perfect place for usā€¦.four sisters. We loved the space that provided us with plenty of privacy as well as together time. It was so clean and the updated en suite bathrooms were beautiful. We spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying the pool and the comfy furniture under the shaded porch. Thank you!

Wonderful family vacation home

We stayed at this property during the last week of June and we are a family of four. This property is a 10 out of 10. Everything in the home is up to date, very clean, and the location is perfect. It's a short walk to restaurants and shops in St. Armand's Circle and Lido beach. Our family had a wonderfully relaxing stay. We would go out for day trips in the morning then come back to relax by the pool into the evening. The property owner was incredibly pleasant and super helpful. No complaints. We will be back to rent again! Thank you to Lisa and her family for sharing their home with us.

Slice of paradise on Lido Key

We spent a week at this beautiful home with my parents and our toddler (2 yo) and pre teen (12yo). We all had an awesome vacation on Lido Key at this property. The location is literally 2 minutes walk from St Armand's so it was a quick walk to restaurants and ice cream shops etc in the evening. The interior of the home is very updated and clean. The backyard was like an "oasis," the pool and outdoor seating area has a wonderful shaded area with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. We stayed in the backyard and the pool area most the trip and it was so relaxing and peaceful. Thank you Lisa for sharing your beautiful home we can't wait to return!

Beautiful house and location is great !

It was a great family vacation with the perfect location. House was great and we really enjoyed using the pool each day. Walked to St. Armands square for lunch or ice cream. The marina is close by for our boat that we brought. Drove to Lido Beach and dropped off all the supplies and then came back to house to park, since the parking is crazy during the 4th of July. But just got an Uber back to the beach for $4. The only thing I would update in the house is the 2 single bed mattress, as they are fine for children, but not for Adults.

Third stay as good as first!

We have rented this property three times and always enjoy our time here. The home is well laid out for a big family - we had 6 adults and three children under 3. The real beauty is that the home is two blocks from ā€œthe circleā€ and a quick walk to the beach- was great with babies that needed to go back to the house to nap in the afternoon. Easy walk to dinner or morning stroll. There are also two rollaway twin size beds that I donā€™t think are listed in the amenities- which would have been helpful instead of traveling with blow up mattresses. Great home, pool was awesome and there is also grass for little ones to run around in the fenced yard. You canā€™t go wrong with this property!

Great location! Would definitely stay here again.

I will start by saying that the hosts were very responsive whenever we had any questions or needed anything. This property was located perfectly within walking distance of Lido Key Beach and St. Armand's Circle. Everything we needed was at the house. Our own private back yard with heated pool, nice patio, covered seating area, firepit, grill for cooking,etc. We would definitely stay here again. The dining area had plenty of room for us all to sit and eat or play games in the evening. The living room TV was good size for viewing some March Madness basketball. The kids would have liked to have bigger TVs in their bedroom, but my wife and I hoped it actually kept them doing other things. Great place!!!

We just love the ambiance of this little area - from St. Armands to Sarasota to Longboat Key. What a wonderful area - we couldn't be happier to have found this home away from home.

Location Location Location. It doesn't get any better than St. Armand's. You're at the beach with a short walk, a two minute walk and you're at St. Armands circle. A fabulous place to shop, walk around, dine, have their famous ice cream at the local ice cream shop, and you're also in town for the opera and the theater with a ten minute drive.
