To complete your check-in, please have the following documents ready:
· Valid passports for all guests
· A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX) or cash. E-wallet or Cash apps are not accepted.
· A refundable US $250 incidental charge will be collected at check‑in.

Refund Process
The deposit will be applied toward any incidental charges added to the room.
Remaining balance is refunded upon check-out if no charges/damages apply.
Refunds may take 3–10 business days depending on the guest’s bank or credit card provider.

RISK-FREE PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY
January 3rd–December 20th
A deposit equal to two nights plus tax is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Full refunds will be issued if the reservation is canceled 15 or more days before arrival. If canceled within 14 days or less prior to arrival, a 50% refund will be provided. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of arrival. Additionally, there are no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, including reasons such as medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, weather, or other acts of God. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance.

December 21st–January 2nd
A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. A deposit equal to two nights plus tax is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. Full refunds are available if the reservation is canceled 30 or more days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for cancellations made 29 days or fewer before arrival. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, including reasons such as medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, weather, or other acts of God. Reservation modifications are subject to approval and will incur a modification fee of $50 USD if approved. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance.
