This beach townhouse is in the center of the newly developed and colorful complex known as "The Vistas". Perfectly located in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach where you are 1 block from the sand & water, dining, entertainment, shopping, and well... everything! This is the roomiest (1752 sq ft) of all properties located at "The Vistas" with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. This house has a spacious open floor plan on the main level which combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas without feeling crowded for space. It includes an attached 2 car garage as well as additional (private and designated) parking for 1-3 additional vehicles (see pics) in front of the garage which is valuable during events or busy weekends. From the rooftop, you will enjoy panoramic views of the beach, dunes, downtown, valley, and amazing sunsets while roasting marshmallows for smores with the rooftop fire pit. The interior is tastefully decorated with attention to cleanliness, function, and comfort with faux wood tile floors, quartz/granite counter-tops, leather sofa's, zinc top tables, and stainless appliances. Each bedroom features their own attached bathroom and shower which makes this an All-Suite home. This home sleeps 6-7 adults in beds and up to 8-9 with kids and floor mattresses (3). Beds are luxury plush and gel infused memory foam with dust & mite proof mattress and pillow encasement's, bamboo mattress pads, and comfortable natural cotton sheets. Enjoy board games, domino's, and a 65” 4k LED TV with access to all common streaming apps. The kitchen is equipped with all things needed to entice the cook or baker in your clan or do some fantastic grilling using the Natural Gas Weber BBQ. This home is stocked and ready to take you to the beach and have fun no matter what the age. Everything from ice chests, boogie boards, beach chairs, large beach umbrella, sand toys, volleyballs, football, paddle ball, spike ball, and kites. Accommodations don’t get any better than this on the central coast, come enjoy the fun!

We loved this property. It had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend at the beach. Loved all the nice beach gear, it was really nice not to have to pack our own. The house was clean. The furnishings were comfortable and nice. We were close to everything and were able walk everywhere!!! We would stay here again!!!!

This property was phenomenal. It is perfectly located in pismo with walking distance to everything! The home itself is beautifully decorated and the views are amazing. It is located in a beautiful residential community. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. I can’t recommend this property enough. Would love to stay here again.

Super comfortable stay

We loved it! Walking distance to almost everything by the pier. The house was well equipped with everything one may need. The owner thought of everything. He was very nice and informative. This property did not disappoint. We enjoyed our basketball tournament and won the Championship ... Go Rising Stars! We recommend this property absolutely no complaints.

4th of July Get Away

We stayed at this property for 5 nights with our family including under one year old grandson. The location was perfect to walk downtown, to the pier, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and the rooftop for the fireworks was amazing. Property was as described and ideal for the 6 of us.

End of Summer Trip

Outstanding property! Wonderful location - short walk to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of room for my family, property was clean, and owner had thought of everything we may need while there. We would absolutely go back!

Comfortable and convenient

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the house. Everything was as described - the house was well stocked, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop patio with fire pit to watch the sun set. We enjoyed local cinnamon rolls and walked along the beach straight from the property.

My family and I were extremely happy with this home. It is a beautiful place. They have everything you could think of needing. The location is amazing! Lastly, James is really responsive and easy to work with whenever questions came up. We have family near by and will stay here every time!

Better than home

Everything about this home is perfect for a family staying in Pismo Beach. With thoughtfulness in design and furnishing, there was nothing we needed. It's beautiful and so organized for a stress-free vacation. Centrally located just steps from beach access and the pier, it was so convenient. The rooftop balcony and firepit was incredible after a long day exploring the area. The owner thought of everything!

Upscale house and comfortable beds

I have been to many rental house and this one is one of the best with nice decorations, upscaled furnishings, and very comfortable beds. The host is very responsive and responsible! Love to travel again

Perfect family time at the beach!

This property was amazingly well appointed and so perfect for our family! We were a group of 6 -- my husband and I, our adult son and his wife and two kids. The accommodations were sparkling clean and well organized, and very comfy! Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms well stocked with whatever you might need and more! Location was perfect -- just one block from the beautiful beach at Pismo, and just a short walk to the Pier, restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful visit and plan to return next year! James our host, was very helpful and got back to me promptly when I had a question. Excellent experience for the whole family!

Paradise

This property has all the upgrades and conveniences available. Walking distance to everything. Beds are super comfortable. Perfect layout of entertaining. Neighbors are friendly. Check in/out is a breeze. Owner is super relaxed and easy to work with. The rooftop patio is to die for. You’ll love the ocean views and relaxed feel. I would give this property 10 stars if I could.

Beautifully Appointed!

The condo was very roomy and comfortable--much bigger than it looks in the pictures. James has provided everything you will need for a wonderful central coast vacation. The parking is great, the condo was very clean, the extra mattresses were much appreciated and comfortable. James was available by text if needed, (though we didn't have any questions.) One of the nicest VRBO rentals we have stayed in! We had a party of 9 and were very comfortable.

Perfect location to walk to the pier. The condo is tucked into the middle inside of complex so it was very quiet from noise from the street. The home was very clean and I loved their interior design. Feels more like a home than a vacation rental. Working with the owner was a super easy and he leaves so many detailed instructions. Beds were comfy and loved that each room had their own bath. The closets are huge, lots of space to actually unpack properly! And they had lots of hangers which I appreciated. The light switches were a little confusing but by the time we left we got the hang of it. There are a lot of stairs. We knew this from the home’s description. But worth noting it is 3 stories and a lot of stairs. Kid bedroom is on bottom floor. Primary & second bedroom (which is big like the primary) are on 3rd floor. We put our kid in the 2nd bedroom upstairs so he wasn’t so far from us. Living space is on 2nd floor. Only two recommendations:Need some measuring cups (the glass ones).Keep one cabinet empty for guest use in Kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need so not sure it’s feasible but it would be nice to have a little spot to put away groceries instead of leaving on counter. Lots of counter space so still workable!

I am a full time Physical Therapist and have practiced locally for 19 years in my private outpatient setting. I enjoy staying active and enjoy recreational activities of Racquetball, Golf, Hiking, Biking, Wine Tasting, Flying, as well as watching sporting events like football, and baseball. I would like nothing more then to share this home with others who appreciate dealing with someone with rental experience, enjoys traveling and staying somewhere comfortable, luxurious, and appreciates attention to detail, cleanliness, and fun.

Many people have asked why this property vs. others and the simple answer to that is, It's in the perfect location for where you want to be. I have stayed in many upscale Hotels and Resorts around the area including Paso Robles, Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Shell Beach, Avila beach, Arroyo Grande, and Grover alike. All these places have things to offer, but at some point your stay inevitably involves getting in a car and going to the ocean, to a restaurant, shopping, wine tasting, or just coming to downtown Pismo to site see. Why not just eliminate all that hassle, park your car and be at the center of it all ? It just makes sense.

This property has a couple unique things to consider vs.others. Firstly, this property is the largest of any at "The Vistas" . At 1752sq ft this house is significantly larger than most 1300-1500 sq ft homes in "The Vistas". It also is a full suite home which boasts 3 full bedrooms each with their own attached bathroom and showers. Secondly, this home has designated and private parking in addition to the 2 car garage. The area in front of the garage is designated and private for the use of this address only. Pismo Beach can get busy in the summer weekends or during special events and if you don't have parking it can leave you frustrated and/or paying for additional parking elsewhere. This home just eliminates that worry and extra cost.
