Escape to your beautifully maintained Beach Home Away From Home one block off the beach for a much needed relaxing and joyful vacation for your friends and family in the Live Oaks Community on Topsail Island. Located one mile south from the heart of Surf City and the historic Swing Bridge. This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is perfectly situated on the end of the neighborhood for you to enjoy the beautiful and unobstructed views over the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Whether you're looking to get away for a couples retreat or a family vacation, this rental property is suited for your needs.

The Beach House has plenty of room to enjoy the outdoor island life with 2 covered porches and 2 sun decks. The front porch has a comfortable sectional along with 4 captains chairs and round table to enjoy a cup of coffee, glass of wine or nice meal with your family, while soaking up the beautiful views. The back porch is equipped with 4 captains chairs and a perfect spot to soak up some sun.

The top floor of the home is an open concept and great place for your family and friends to come together and spend quality time. The living room is equipped with a 70" flat screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD player and Apple TV with Netflix and Hulu and large selection of DVDs to choose from. There is also a Bose Wave IV Radio/CD/Bluetooth system for your musical enjoyment. You will surely enjoy this space overlooking the ocean.

The bottom floor of the home has 3 bedrooms with adjoining porches. The Anchors Aweigh Bedroom has a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed and a Single Twin Bed along with a 32" flat screen TV with Cable and DVD player. The Sail Away bedroom has a Twin over Full Bunk Bed along with a 32" TV with Cable and DVD player. The Sea Shells Master bedroom is the most relaxing with a King Bed and 42" TV with Cable and DVD player. The MBR also has its own Full Bathroom with double vanity and Shower/Tub combination. There is also a second Full Bathroom on the bottom floor with a Shower/Tub combination and attached Washer/Dryer combination unit room. There is also a mini refrigerator in the laundry room perfect for cold bottles of water before heading out to enjoy some quality beach time.

The 4th bedroom is located on the top floor with a Queen Bed along with a 32" wall-mounted Roku Smart TV with Cable.

Bedding linens and bathing towels will be provided for each Bedroom/Bathroom for ease throughout your stay.

I fully understand it is sometimes difficult for people to fully break apart from work when vacationing and need further amenities to ensure piece of mind to truly enjoy time together with your family. The top floor also provides a small work desk and Apple iMac in case work needs to be attended to.

Other amenities include Central AC/Heat, WiFi, Telephone and access to the professionally maintained community pool. There is also a 130 can beverage cooler located in the pantry for extra space away from the refrigerator when you want to enjoy a nice refreshing frosty! There is also a YETI, Tommy Bahama and IGLOO cooler for all of your refreshment needs when enjoying the beautiful beach, the community pool or renting a boat. Beach chairs and umbrella are located in the outdoor closet below the house along with corn hole and washers for your enjoyment. The ground floor also has a picnic table and BBQ grill.

When it is time to go to the beach there are two locations to choose from just a short walk north or south of the property. When coming off the beach there is a refreshing hot/cold private outdoor shower to rinse off.
