We understand that our guests may have additional concerns about cleaning and disinfection and we have enhanced our cleaning procedures even further to provide you with our usual sparkling clean arrival with deliberate sanitizing attention to high-touch surfaces. And, we offer contactless check-in and ensure that you are the first to enter after the unit has been cleaned.

There are many advantages to renting a private condo versus a hotel/resort stay. You book and work with owner/local contact and designated representatives only. You arrive/depart your condo directly with no risk of sharing space or contact with other guests or staff; enjoy more space, privacy and amenities! You will also have a full kitchen with seating areas in and outdoors (lanai) so you are free to prepare and enjoy meals and drinks at home or go out if that's what you prefer!

This lovely two bedroom/two bath unit is located in the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racqyet Club (KKSRC). It’s almost oceanfront with about a 30 second walk to sea wall next to shoreline and about 60 seconds to the pool area. It’s so close you can hear and see the ocean and it’s less than 1/2 mile to the best snorkeling beach in Kona.

The bright tropical decor with beautiful white tiled floors will make you smile as you walk in and you'll anxiously check out the rest of the unit and look forward to settling in and beginning your vacation.

After a fun-filled day playing in the ocean, walking on the beach, strolling thru the lushly landscaped grounds or relaxing by the pool you'll happily retire to your comfortable home away from home.

Mix a cool drink, or two, and watch the sunset each evening from the nearby lookout OR from the beach 200 yards out your front door. Everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation is in the unit and well-maintained for your comfort.

And, when you finally decide to rest your eyes you'll do so with the sounds of surf to gently soothe you to sleep. In the morning the birds will serenade you to begin another wonderful day in paradise.

You will enjoy some ocean views from within the unit or while relaxing on your lanai. Did we mention that the pool is only 60 feet away from the unit? All you have to do is walk around the sacred heiau which is our 'backyard' and there's the pool.

Or, you can just as easily walk less than 60 feet to the shoreline. If you're a regular tennis player or even just experimenting we have 3 lighted PREMIER surface courts and they're FREE for our guests. If you want private or group lessons from our designated complex tennis professional, that’s also easy to do! And, yes, we have a couple of tennis racquets for our guests as well.

More about our complex - Located on world-famous Ali'i Drive the Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club is a four star, gated complex just three minutes drive from groceries, shops, theater, and one of the most popular snorkeling beaches in Hawaii - Kahaluu State Park (also known as Turtle Beach). Additionally, the Kona Country Club golf course is located immediately next to the Surf and Racquet Club. There's even a FREE shuttle to get to and from town or the nearby shopping center - this shuttle stops about 400 yards from our entry gate. It’s called the Honu Express!


More about the unit - This unit sleeps four. The master bedroom includes a king bed, stand-a-lone air conditioning unit, dresser, desk, TV, DVD player, clock radio, phone, ocean views, ceiling and pedestal fan AND a walk in closet. The second bedroom includes twin beds, stand-a-lone air conditioning unit, dresser, large closet, ceiling and pedestal fan and slight ocean view. Really, come let the waves lull you to sleep at night - it's wonderful.

The unit was completely remodeled in 2006 with brand new everything: furniture, appliances and other amenities. And it had brand new beautiful new white tile flooring and fresh paint throughout. (It’s continued to be maintained by new owner and local contact to perfection!)

Beach Supplies - We have beach towels, chairs, boogie, cooler and even toys for the kids - just ask when you make reservation.

The location of condo and subsequent remodel was done with both our guests and our personal visits in mind. We wanted a place that we would LOVE on our return every year and it had to be in a GREAT location. We also made sure that it was furnished and decorated to accomodate all guests in comfort. After staying here you'll never want to stay in a hotel on vacation again!

In addition to all the other fun stuff our condo is a centrally located for visiting the Kona coffee plantations in nearby Holualoa, traveling to Volcanoes National Park, experiencing boating excursions off the Kailua-Kona pier, shopping at outdoor markets or taking a tour to the top of Mauna Kea and visiting the observatory. And it's only 3 minutes drive to Kahaluu State Park (aptly known as Turtle Beach) where you can snorkel and swim with the turtles and beautiful tropical fish. The park has multiple bathrooms, showers and vendors that sell food and rent snorkel and beach gear.
