Perfect surfer getaway and family friendly beachfront condo

Our two bedroom 3 bath condo is a large (2200 square feet), comfortable unit located right on the beach in El Anclote. Steps from one of the best family friendly surfbreaks on the coast, it also has all the comforts of home! Our condo building (formerly known as Hotel Cinco) has two pools (one rooftop) and one at the beach level. The restaurant located in our bullding provides super dinner options as well as the numerous beachfront restaurants all along the street.

The unit has a complete kitchen with top level appliances so if cooking is your thing -- you've got the tools to do it! The master bedroom has a kingsized bed and private bath. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds and a private bath. There is a guest bath located in between as well. Our unit has a sound system to hook up to your electronic devices, wi-fi, and televisions in the living room and the master bedroom. Individual air conditioners in each room allow you to regulate the temperature to your liking. We have an Apple TV device and even left a few of our favorite DVD's for viewing!

Save a money on rentals because our unit offers a complete recreation package for the ocean -- we have various sizes of booties for tidepooling or playing in the ocean, 2 boogie boards, various snorkeling equipment for 4, 2 standup paddleboards, and surfboards for use as our guests. We even have some lifevests for children if needed.

We are located in a small condo building (that used to be run as a hotel) on the beach in Punta de Mita. Punta de Mita is the small town just outside of the Four Seasons Punta Mita resort area. Our little town has everything you need for an adventurous or relaxing vacation. Great restaurants, small market and some unique shops. We are just an hour away from Puerto Vallarta International airport. You will enjoy spectacular views from your own terrace (we are on the second floor) and will be able to enjoy people watching as boats take off from the anchorage right in front. All water sports are available from surfing, paddleboarding, snorkeling, fishing and even scuba diving or spear fishing!

Our concierge team can help you set up any sort of adventure or luxury you desire -- from a meal prepared by a chef in the unit to horseback riding, ziplining, atv adventures and more! Our unit is independently managed so all services will be provided independently -- things like housekeeping, laundry, and airport transportation if desired.
