We are located in the Palm Valley Country Club: Before you read on her are 2 main things to help you while reserving:
1. RATE CHECK.... please feel free if the rates are confusing, or you are looking
to stay in low season or for a longer period of time, we might be able to help.
High Season will not be adjusted (Jan-March, and Holidays)
2. If you don't see the dates you need we have second 2 Bedroom Property there,
with in minutes of each other Please request the Property ID info and we can get
it to you.

WELCOME TO OUR BEAUTIFUL 1 bedroom/2 bath Condo.

It is Smoke/Vaping & Pet free indoor & out. Its on a very beautiful & peaceful fairway & this is a rare 1 Bedroom Model where the Master & Living area both have a view of the Course. There is indoor laundry room and sits just down the street from the clubhouse, with two pool and spa areas just steps away to choose from.

Everything in this house has been completely replaced and remodeled. We expanded the Kitchen by over 4 feet and added a beautiful Island with bar stools. We converted the old bathtub to a larger shower.

The Master Bedroom has a Beautiful King Size bed with a sliding glass door for fresh air to enjoy.

The front room has a 55 Smart TV, and the bedroom has a 40" Smart TV . You are able to log into your Netflix or Hulu if you have it.

We only use High quality linens, towels, and pool towels. The Duvet cover is changed between every renter so no touching old Comforters that other people have used.

The living room sliding glass door opens to a patio with a BBQ and nice shade. The Courtyard Padio also has a table and chairs and has the warmth of the sun most of the day.

This Home is fully equipmed with: Utensils, Appliances, High Quality knives, BBQ tools and everything you would have or need at home.

We have 2 Bicycles in the garage for you to use, and you will have a driveway to park in.

There is a 2 car driveway to park in, no garage parking.

There are over 44 pool in the private community and one just steps away from the condo.

There is free WiFi, cable (pay per view and movies are extra), and free nationwide and Canada calling from Time Warner.
