Newly renovated, clean and comfortable beach house located in Springs Clearwater Beach. The house is located in a serene and quiet area of East Hampton Springs. The house comes with access to a private bay beach reservation with a swimming, playground, bocce court and a launch for small watercraft. Ocean beaches and the the towns of East Hampton, Amagansett and Montauk are a short drive This is a great area for cycling and all water sports. Bring your bike and paddle board or you can rent in nearby shops. This is a perfect rental for families and couples. The house has been freshly painted and stocked with new linen and towels. The backyard is peaceful, surrounded by forest and includes a deck with grill, and lounging space. The house also features a new electronically controlled air conditioning system, commercial grade wi-fi, a Verizon cell phone booster (as service can be spotty in East Hampton), and a sonos sound system with Apple Air play access. East Hampton Rental Registry Number 23-1,189.

Perfect Stay at a Perfect Beach House

This is a wonderful house in a great location and an excellent place to enjoy a beach vacation. Everything in the house looks brand new and every need was anticipated and met. The kitchen is particularly well appointed and the open floor plan is great for dining, watching TV, playing games etc. The deck right off the dining area is very large and a great spot for relaxing with or without a beverage of your choice. Access to the local private beach is a huge plus and made our stay all the more enjoyable. This is a top rate property in a great location and our group of four had a fabulous time. I highly recommend it and would go back in a heartbeat. The host was very communicative and responded immediately - thank you. I hope you have many more happy vacationers who enjoy their stay as much as we did. everything

Gorgeous, thoughtfully designed, and well-appointed house

We have stayed in many home-shares over the years in the U.S. and around the world, and this property had the most thoughtful and gorgeous interior of anywhere we've stayed, hands-down. The recent renovation was flawless; huge kitchen island and plenty of counter space, sparkling new appliances, a generously appointed kitchen (tons of plates, glasses, and silverware), and a cute bar area with additional counter space. The common area was open, bright, and cheerful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate and beautifully designed. The backyard is also wonderful -- we played many games of bocce on the well-maintained back lawn and dined out on the spacious deck. The outdoor shower was very usable -- huge, private, with great water temp and pressure, and stocked with shower products. Would 100% stay again.

Perfect for 2 couples and 4 children

On arrival the house was spotless. It's on a quiet street, perfect for walking or bike riding and has a yard suitable for playing frisbie and other yard games. The kitchen is well laid out and well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, flatware and "gadgets", the washer and dryer are very convenient, and here were plenty of bath towels, We loved having board games and puzzles available. All in all, a very comfortable place for us all.

Comfortable and easy beach getaway

We had a great time staying at Kenny’s beach house! The house is simple and clean and had all the supplies we needed for the week. Our kids loved the bunk beds, backyard and deck area. The house is in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking, running or biking, and it was amazing to have access to the beautiful Clearwater Beach for swimming and watching the sunset. Kenny is easy to reach and gave us lots of good tips for our stay. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful stay!

I’ve stayed in a handful of properties in the Springs and East Hampton area over the last 10 years and this was by far the best. The house has everything you need, the back deck and yard are gorgeous and the land is so quiet and peaceful. The outdoor shower is unreal! You couldn’t ask for more.

nice getaway

Our family enjoyed very much the stay. The house is clean, kitchen supplies are quite complete, the backyard is fantastic, and the neighborhood is great. Kenny is accessible to answer questions and easy to communicate. It was a nice experience.

Great place for a break

We spent our one week spring break in this house with our kids and friends (4 adults, 4 kids + 1 baby) and we enjoyed the stay. Closed spacious backyard and ping-pong table are great for entertaining kids and grill helps to make a delicious dinner :-)) The house is close to the private beach and very well situated to visit other sites, trials and parks.

Nice place to stay in East Hampton

We spent 2 weeks in this house for vacation with my wife and 2 kids (6 and 1). The place was nice especially the outdoor space with a large deck and summer shower, ideal to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped. It allows cooking almost any dishes. For the beach, we mostly went to the Hither Hills state park but there is also a small beach nearby with a private access. With kids it is better to go by car. The owner was very reactive and helpful, we had few issues with the cleaning when we arrived, it was fixed in a matter of hours. Overall we enjoyed our stay in East Hampton a recommend renting this house.

Nice house for family get-away

We had a great time (including our 3 little kids). Family friendly house! Proximity to beach - we walked with strollers. Most of the house is nicely updated and the huge deck and fenced in backyard is a plus! Kitchen very well equipped. Quiet area, we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come back. Also owner very responsive to questions.

Quiet home base from which to explore

We travel every year with friends during Thanksgiving - this year we picked East Hampton. The house was great - a prefect home base from which to explore the beaches, towns and sites of eastern Long Island. Would definitely return.

This is a great beach house!

The yard is amazing, with a huge outdoor shower to keep the sand out of the house. The deck is just as amazing, making it easy to entertain all of you as you grill, eat and lounge on it. Let's face it you are there to enjoy Montauk outside so that's where everything should be awesome. There are enough bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, just like home. The ping pong table downstairs is a great addition for your evening activity! Kenny is just as amazing as his house! Many thanks for a most enjoyable stay Kenny.

Great house in great location1

My husband and pre-schooler loved this house! It is spacious enough for a family or small group of friends. The back deck is wonderful and private, and the new outdoor shower is a wonderful way to wash off your day at the beach. The area is quiet with a mix of full time residents and vacationers, close to EH beaches but not in the middle of all the crowds. I would stay there again......

Lovely home, perfect for our family gathering

We enjoyed a great time at this conveniently located vacation home. Retired parents from Florida, adult children from Westchester and teen/tween grandchildren from CT and Westchester convened for a week-long reunion, and this house was perfect for us. Kenny, the owner, was quick to respond to all inquiries every step of the way from booking to post-checkout, and was genuinely concerned about our comfort and satisfaction. We enjoyed dinners outside on the spacious back deck. The kids had a ping pong tournament in the basement. We really appreciated the large outdoor shower after the kids had a full day in the surf - and sand! - at very nearby Amagansett. The house has plenty of large beach towels for your use. A day trip to Montauk beaches and/or lighthouse are a short ride away. Stroll the shops in Sag Harbor, a short ride in the opposite direction. Prefer to stick close to home? A private bay beach is a short bike ride at just 1.5 miles away. The neighborhood is quiet and leafy. Enjoy your stay!

Nice house in a quiet area!

This was a great home for our family

We came from Texas and Massachusetts and this home is spacious and comfortable. We loved the yard and think the only thing to make our stay better will be to come in the warmer months next time.

great place!

everything here was great -- perfection location from amagansett and montauk and a little secluded too so we felt like we had our own private oasis. the backyard is so nice and serene and the outdoor shower is AMAZING!

A great small group getaway

This house was perfect for our low-key 40th birthday weekend celebration. We had two couples plus myself and my daughter, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean and comfortable. We cooked all our meals and loved grilling and eating out on the deck. The outdoor shower was wonderful as well. We enjoyed seeing deer milling around in the yard. My only heads up would be to research beach parking permits ahead of time. We spent Friday at Atlantic Beach in Amagansett ($25 on weekdays, permit only on weekends) and then kept to the nearby bay beach on the weekend. We just wished we had brought water shoes, because the bay beach was very rocky, but the water was warm and lovely for swimming. The owner of the house was super responsive and everything went off without a hitch. Definitely recommended!

Comfortable, clean home in great Springs location

This is our 2nd year staying in this property. Owner is very responsive and property is well maintained. The improved deck and new outdoor shower were a bonus for this summer. Location is great in the Springs and is under 15 minutes to other areas such as the ocean beach, the downtown of East Hampton and Sag Harbor.

Great location for us in a well kept home

Our family of 5 all enjoyed our stay in this home. Home owner was very responsive and home was as described - clean, well set-up, beds were comfortable, all appliances worked etc. Location was great for us in the Springs area of the Hamptons.

Spacious home in the Hamptons

This lovely home on the north end of East Hampton was just right for our two families (4 adults, 4 children). It was very clean and had all the amenities as listed. The kitchen was very well equipped (coffee machine, utensils, plates and platters, etc) as we spent our evenings making meals in the house. The brand new BBQ was a nice bonus as well. The beds were very comfortable and the children enjoyed bunking all together in one room. If there's one minor negative comment to make, it would be that the majority of the floors were painted plywood - clean, but not necessarily aesthetically pleasing. This was not a deal breaker, but something that should be pointed out. The beach for which we had access to was beautiful and serene, however we chose not to stay there because it was a stone beach and not a sandy beach (not practical for our children). Kenny was efficient and quick in responding to our booking request which built confidence and trust. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy the Hamptons!

We have been vacationing and renting houses in the area for many years. The biggest disappointment of all of our trips to the area has been leaving. We chose this property because of the natural surroundings (woodsy, close to bay beach and access to waterways for kayaks and sups), and serinity.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Being here is simply sublime. Private bay beach access with a lifeguard is great when you have little ones. Driving two minutes and dropping a kayak or sup in the water is unbeatable.
