Description: The Grand Oaks floor plan features convenient single level living with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a covered entry. The open floor concept has a spacious 1669 square feet. Mountain views can be admired from the open kitchen, living and dining room areas as well as the primary bedroom. The kitchen boasts custom cabinetry and is equipped with everything to prepare a meal. Enjoy a meal at the dining room table, play cards or put a puzzle together. Cozy up in the living room in front of the gas log fireplace or enjoy your favorite movie. The choices are yours! The large 19 ft wide covered concrete deck is a place to gather with friends or enjoy a quiet afternoon enjoying the wonders of nature and the breathtaking mountain view. The spacious primary bedroom and bathroom suite offers a luxurious experience and access to the deck area as well as the living room. The guest bedrooms also have bathrooms offering privacy for each guest. Come for a short weekend or enjoy an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer.

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Breathtaking View!!

This condo was an amazing find. Wonderfully and comfortably decorated, and very clean. Very well stocked kitchen too. The view from the balcony/deck were stunning. Will absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely Wonderful

We have been coming up to Echota on the Ridge for about 5 years now. We absolutely love it, and our stay this year was exceptionally comfortable. We already booked for next year with this same property. Foscoe Rentals is always a pleasure to deal with and we are grateful always for a terrific stay!

Worth the trouble

This place is outstanding. Very roomy, clean and comfy. The view was outstanding. Check-in/out is a bit of a process but the condo and the view make up for it! Will definitely be returning.

Lovely view. Amenities excellent. Seating for adults very limited. Could not accommodate 6 adults comfortably. Providing seat cushions for more than 2 on the patio would have been a super plus.

Great Thanksgiving week with family

Property was perfect for our needs. The 3 bedrooms and 3 adjoining bathrooms met our needs. The view was spectacular. The condo was at ground level so bringing in luggage was a breeze. Would stay here again.

Wonderful view

Clean property with 3 ensuite bedrooms (perfect arrangement for our needs) and a fabulous view that we enjoyed from the balcony each morning. For our work trip, it was less expensive than getting three rooms at a hotel and much more comfortable with the full kitchen, dining room table to sit around, and den with fireplace and TV. All the necessities are there. Be sure to bring your own coffee or K-cups, hair dryer, and toiletries, as those things, as expected, are not included. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Perfect accommodations

We have stayed at echoes many times but this was one of the best rentals we’ve had. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds and sofas were comfortable and the view was spectacular.

This property was great. Clean, comfortable and beautiful view.

This property was not only nice but practical. Kitchen had great appliances, beds were comfortable, leather furniture great. Rockers on back porch are perfect for incredible views. Will stay there again for sure!

Beautiful views and great location!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The views from the unit were gorgeous. It was nice not to have to use the stairs or elevator either since it was an entry level unit. There were some unexpected extras like hand soaps in the master bath, spices in the kitchen, and plenty of tissues and toilet paper. The kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals. We checked out the amenities offered by Echota, but didn’t take advantage of them. The outdoor pool would be really nice in the summer. The indoor pool looked outdated and the fitness centers were small. We will rent this unit in the future for our family.

Our family of 5 spent spring break in this gorgeous setting. Our view was breath taking and our accommodations were fantastic. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We had a lot of fun doing local activities such as gem mining, hiking to see beautiful waterfalls and much more!

When you walked into this unit, you are immediately aware that it has been taken care of. The view off the deck is gorgeous, the kitchen items are exactly what you would have back home, and each bedroom is tastefully decorated. The condo complex is pristine and well manicured. We would return in a heartbeat!

Weekend get away

The condo was beautiful and the visit was great. the gas logs did not work and a call to the office did not resolve the issue. Suggest a lock higher on the door, we had a toddler with us and he knows how to open doors so we constantly had to monitor the front door. a great family trip and would stay again.

Beautiful condo with exceptional view!

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. We were just there for two nights but enjoyed the pool and the exceptional view! Location was great in between Boone and Banner Elk. Would definitely stay there again. Already talking about when we can go back.
