A well-arranged holiday cottage with a swimming pool section and activity room. It has everything you need for your holiday. Located in Blåvand. The impressive pool section has a 18 m² large pool with a water slide and counter-current system, lovely whirlpool for 8 people and a large sauna. The house is highly spacious and well-dimensioned, with 2 separate sleeping sections with bathrooms. There is also a large mezzanine, popular for children. The natural gathering spot is the large and architect designed combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well-arranged and has room for several chefs at the same time. There is also a wine cooling cabinet. The living room is tastefully arranged with comfortable furniture and a wood-burning stove. On the other side of the living room you find the large activity room with a bar, dart and a pool table. There is a large terrace (partly covered) where you can enjoy the Danish summer and comfortable furniture. There are swings and sandbox for children. The house is opposite Denmark's largest mini-golf facilities and only a short walk from a charming town with good restaurants and shops. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
