This Oceanfront, Private Gated Estate is a two story, 3 bedroom/ 3 full bath home, outdoor enclosed shower with a private beach, peninsula, tiki hut with large HDTV, Pool HDTV, fire pit on a peninsula and a chipping and putting green overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a private airport nearby. This is the most amazing property in the Florida Keys. The home also has a heated pool and spa. Off the peninsula is the dock that can moor up to a 100' yacht and 2 additional boats if needed. You can explore the reef or go fishing. From the porches and the tiki on the peninsula you can see both sunrises and sunsets. You will be amazed as the boats pass by. The home is on Coco Plum Beach and it is located in Marathon so you are close to shopping, water sports and all of the wonderful restaurants.

On your arrival as you enter the 1st floor foyer, you will walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor and will be immediately drawn to the amazing views through living room glass doors that overlook the the Ocean and our beautiful sandy beach. The living room which has an entertainment center with 60" HDTV with cable TV service, whole house , pool, beach and tiki stereo system. The fully equipped upscale kitchen has custom made cabinets, range hood, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances ( sub zero refrigerator, wall and microwave, oven with electric cooktop, and dishwasher). The kitchen also has a large dining area. High speed wireless internet connection and the island has a raised countertop with seating. Also on the 2nd floor is 3 of the house’s bedrooms. The master bedroom's glass doors open onto the porch with outside dining furniture and has amazing beach and oceanfront views. The bedroom includes a king size bed, ceiling fan, large tiled bathroom with his and her vanities, separate shower and Jacuzzi tub ( no walk in closet ) Off of the living room is the balcony with tables and deck chairs overlooking the ocean and the beachfront. The 2 other bedrooms have are beautifully decorated and have 2 queen beds.

On the first floor there is a ping pong table with storage w glass doors that open into the pool area and views of the ocean.

Property includes fitness bands, dumbbells, bikes, PICKLEBALL & TENNIS nearby at Marathon Community Park.

This property had literally everything you need for a great beach front family stay. Private beach. All the toys. Pier and jetty for fishing. Pool. Great outdoor space (cabana with outdoor TV was a hit). Well stocked house. All very private but with a great central location. Very attentive property manager. Owner was courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would def rent again and recommend to friends and family.

21 Palms couldn’t be more perfect—right on the beach with easy access for swimming, fishing, or simply enjoying the beautiful Florida Keys weather. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need, and the surrounding area offers great local food and plenty of activities for everyone.The Host is amazing and truly goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best it can be. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort really sets this place apart.Gary, the caretaker, is one of a kind. Anyone who has the chance to meet him should consider themselves lucky—his kindness, helpfulness, and local knowledge make the experience even more special.I’ve already referred multiple people to this spot and will continue to do so!

Another solid stay at 21 Palms!

We’ve stayed at 21 Palms three times now—and already have our next trip booked. That should tell you how special this place is. Every time we come back, it truly feels like coming home.The property is beautifully set up—thoughtful, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a relaxing stay in the Keys. The beach is gorgeous and peaceful, the water is steps away, and the whole place just has that effortless Keys charm.One of the absolute highlights is the wildlife. We’ve seen dolphins just offshore, manatees drifting by the dock, tarpon cruising in the shallows, and the fishing is just incredible. Whether you’re casting right from the property or heading out on the water, it’s a paradise for anglers and nature lovers alike.And then there’s the food—unbelievable local spots just minutes away. You’re in the heart of some of the best dining in the Keys.A huge shoutout to Gary, the caretaker, who makes the whole experience even better. He’s an all-around great guy—always available, always helpful, and just a good presence to have around. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and the property.We’ve made lifelong memories here, and every visit brings something new. 21 Palms is a gem you don’t want to miss. Just don’t take our week!

Very Nice but Things to Consider

This is a beautiful piece of property, but overall didn’t meet our full expectations. Very clean throughout, it is comfortable outside and in. The sprawling exterior resembles being at a resort. Nice furniture and you have all that you need for cooking. The tiki torches are beautiful at night and the tiki hut at the end of the peninsula is an amazing spot to watch a little TV. This is our 3rd year visiting the Keys and decided to splurge on this rental due to the beach and expected privacy. While the property manager was very nice and tentative, he would show up multiple times per day unannounced. To us, it felt a little intrusive especially when at the pool.We were also unfortunate victims of Mother Nature and her East wind. This brought an unmanageable amount of sargassum and made the beach and ocean very challenging to use. The wind shifted to the South but being that the property faces SE and has a peninsula, it traps all the sargassum. There were daily groomers with the exception of one day, that would use a tractor and push the sargassum to a side of the beach. Clearly no fault to the property owner / manager, but this is something I wish I would have known of and considered ahead of time. Last, we lost air conditioning for the final two days due to the unit freezing. When we called Gary about it, he got someone to the property very fast but the unit couldn’t be fixed until the day we departed due to a part replacement. No one’s fault just bad luck.

Amazing week in paradise for this Ohio family.

We stayed here for our spring break week. Our four boys were in Heaven, they had something to occupy them at all times. We caught lots of different fish, saw dolphins and manatee. Our boys loved watching March madness under the tiki hut, and loved watching all the big boats come in and out of the canal. We’d stay here again in a heart beat.

Heaven on Earth

The home was extremely clean and had anything and everything we needed. The property was well kept, the pool was the perfect temperature, there were endless comfy areas to take in the breathtaking views and lots of choices for fun outdoor activities! The beach was raked each morning which was an added bonus!There were excellent restaurants close by and great day trip adventures. Everything was absolutely perfect!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!!

Stunning Property

What a beautiful piece of paradise! My family absolutely loved the private beach, fishing on the peninsula (everything we needed was already there), all the outdoor games, and the super well stocked kitchen. It seems like they’ve really thought of everything here. My toddler was in heaven and the only thing that didn’t work out for us was the weather. There were plenty of books and games inside, though, and the house is super close to lots of restaurants, an aquarium, and a library. I especially appreciated cocktail making supplies, the pack n play, and the beach toys/chairs/towels all readily available. I don’t think any beach house we rent in the future could possibly compare to this!

Fantastic family getaway!

The house in overall property were perfect for our family getaway. This is clearly an ice family property, with a well stocked kitchen, board games indoors and SUPs, kayaks, etc outdoors, as well as plenty of other amenities to enjoy the terrific location. The property is well represented with the photos and very well cared for. The house is a little on a small side for our group of eight, but the location and property layout more than made up for it. Would definitely ok again!

Amazing home

From the first time we pulled into the driveway til when we left, we loved our stay. The views and location just can’t be beaten, and we all were amazed at all of the amenities provided for us during our stay. Walking on the beach, hanging out in the tiki hut, or having coffee watching the sunrise …. Everything was outstanding. We would truly love to stay here again, and can’t wait to hopefully do so!

A Gem

My only complaint is that I had to leave~ the property manager Gary is the kindest man you could meet and very helpful! There are very few properties left like this to rent and I promise it will not disappoint. We are a family of four and had plenty of space. I can not describe the peace I felt here looking out over the ocean.

Second Timer!

Second time staying at 21 Palms and it just keeps getting better. Property is the best in the Keys! House is amazing, very clean, and has everything you would need for a great vacation. Great local food around the house, great fishing, great hospitality all around! If you are coming to Marathon, book 21 Palms!

Paradise Found

As Floridians we’ve been coming to the Keys on vacation for decades. And as our family has continued to grow we have expanded our needs and budget looking for the perfect house for our “big” annual family summer vacation. We FOUND IT! The most amazing home and property we have stayed in. From start to finish we wanted for nothing. Gary was fantastic. All our needs were met and surpassed. We would highly recommend and will be back! Kenny I don’t know you but feel like I do now after seeing how you roll. Well done and thanks for having us 👏

Gorgeous house and property

One of our favorite vacations ever. Marathon is fairly centrally located between Key West and the Everglades, so we were able to spend time in each place without a terrible drive. The house was impeccably cleaned prior to our arrival, all of the furniture are quality pieces, and (important to me in a rental) this house was by far the best outfitted rental we have stayed in when it comes to the kitchen and cooking supplies. The local caretaker Gary is immediately responsive - he brought us new propane tanks immediately when we saw the one on the grill was close to empty and the spare was also empty. Everything worked great in the house - we have stayed at far too many expensive properties which had become really run down by renters over the years. The only downside was the direction the house faces towards the beach if you’re stuck with the constant high easterly winds - it pushes a ton of seaweed up on the beach. A guy does come by daily at around 11 am with a tractor to clear the beach, but he just pushes the seaweed into a big pile near the rocks and it starts to stink. Not a thing anyone can do about the seaweed getting pushed up - just a fact of life in the Keys. Really outstanding vacation and awesome house!

Great Property

We rented this house for the property and we’re not disappointed! The way the property is setup with the peninsula that jets out into the ocean with lots of seating in the shade, fire pit and fishing from the dock means you really never need to leave. We spent endless hours sitting on the water watching the boats come in and out in the shade! WiFi and cellphone (Verizon) coverage was great even at the end of the peninsula. House has lots of areas for family and friends to hang out together. Nice grocery store about 10 minutes away and lots of local restaurants to eat and drink on the water. House sits on a private beach that is share with 1 other home, we had the beach and water totally to ourselves most of our trip. Peacefully quiet at night and we felt very safe at the property. Lots of local iguanas around that were super cool to see running around, also saw many hermit and local crabs running around the property. Owner was super responsive and answering and dealing with any questions or issues (wifi went down and was fixed in less than an hour). Also provided great advice on the local area and was the one to told us to fish off the peninsula where we caught a bunch of “throw back” fish of all kinds and you could watch large schools of tarpon swimming around the dock. We would definitely come back with a larger group to enjoy the great property again!

Fantastic Getaway for Family

Perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation on the beach. The photos and description of the property online matched up with the real thing...absolutely gorgeous spot with plenty to keep pre-teen/teenage kids occupied...kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming in pool/ocean, putting green, hammocks, outdoor TVs and more. House is clean, well maintained. Would definitely go back!

Island paradise

Location location location. Private resort feeling Perfectly stocked kitchen. Kept everyone entertained with good, fire pit, pool, kayak and bikes. Only surprise was the third bathroom. It’s a pool bathroom so third couple had to go down steps and outside to use. Gary, the property manager was superb and took perfect care of us.

Family Vacation

This is really paradise!! We saw dolpins, a sea turtle, manatees.Soo many great things to do on this property. Wonderful place with great amenities, views and privacy! Great communication with ownership and Mr. Gary is awesome and super helpful with any questions upon check in. We chose this place for our family vacation and will most definitely be back for future vacations!!

Top notch property

Excellent property in all aspects, proximity to town, privacy, equipment on property to use. Only issue we had, was my husbands favorite thing to do is hot tub and firepit, which neither was working, also needs a new fridge so the freezer door can close. All in all a fantastic place to go.
