This was the nicest, but most expensive, condo we have ever stayed at. The condo was just as pictured. It was very clean. There was so much room for our family. The pool area was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were so professional and very friendly. The host was very responsive to any of our questions. Our family had a blast! We were so impressed and would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and clean and there was plenty of space for our entire family, 11 of us all together. The ocean view was wonderful and the deck was very spacious. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pools and water slide and the adults loved the bar/grill. We did grill ourselves one night and my son-in-law was impressed with the grilling area. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be booking this condo again.

The beach was excellent. Pools were warm and clean.Condo was quiet. Fast service with management company. Some updating needed with appliances and mattresses, but overall another wonderful experience.Thank you.

The condo is located right on the beach and has great beach access. The pools were great for the kids along with the slide and lazy river. We also used the food court some during our stay.

We felt safe and secure and felt thar our family and teens could safely have a little freedom without worries. The whole vibe was relaxed family fun. We plan to rent again in the future.Our only issue was, the glassdoor in the master needs a second layer of blackout curtains and some of the kitchen cook wesr was well used and there was no spatula. An air fryer would be a great inclusion

Relaxing Christmas Break

Our family had a great time at Orange Beach this week. The condo was perfect for us. We found it was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have any issues all week. Since it was a little cool we put the indoor pool and hot tubs to good use. The view of the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony were really beautiful. Can’t wait to come back to this area again.

Clean Condo Terrible elevators

The only downfall is the lack of elevators and the extreme wait times even during non peak hours.

The elevators can be slow during busy times but that is the only complaint we had. The beach access, pools, lazy river, splash pad and toddler playground were all enjoyed by our family. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend Oasis 2308 to anyone looking for a beachfront condo!

Great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, loved the amenities and short walk to the beach! We did have some concern regarding only 6 elevators available for a max capacity building, and really needed a third parking pass since there were 3 families in our party. There was a constant concern for the vehicle that had to be parked off the property. Otherwise, we loved the roomy, comfortable feel of our rental and put it at the top of the list for next year!

Great condo, terrible elevator

Everything was great about the condo with the exception of the elevator situation. To avoid prolonged wait times to get to your floor, arrive and depart at odd hours or book rooms on the lowest levels possible

A/C problems

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was nice, it was clean when we arrived. The view from the balcony is a great one. 2 out of the 3 nights that we stayed the air conditioning did not work. After the first night we called and were told the maintenance man had worked on it, so it worked again for one night and then went out again the last day of our stay.
