We had a fantastic stay at the villa in Moraira. The villa was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The pool and outside space were brilliant and we spent most of our time enjoying them.The host Tomasz was excellent too, always on hand if we had any questions and really helpful throughout our stay. They even provided a paella pan for us, which was a lovely touch and made for a great evening at the villa.The location was great, peaceful, but within easy reach of Moraira, the beaches, restaurants and local shops.We had a lovely holiday and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Our third stay at this wonderful property.Communication with the host always is excellent however minimal contact as everything perfect and no major issues.Located in a quiet residential area , the main area of the town easily accessible by car in 10 minutes, a number of very good supermarkets also close by.Looking forward to future visits.

We were 2 couples staying in the villa (end of May) and had our own bathroom which was one of our criteria. The kitchen is very well equipped and the outside kitchen is fantastic. Loads of sun beds and outside furniture. We paid for heating the pool. It’s a 30 minute downhill walk into Moraira and a taxi back was 8.5 Euros. Great holiday and we hope to return to this villa.

We had an amazing stay in Tom’s villa. Peaceful location with great sea and mountain views. We especially loved the outdoor pool and dining area. The whole place was spotless and well equipped and Tom was always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tom!

Great property with an amazing outdoor area and pool. The views are so Nice. Aircon and wifi is working impeccable so it is possible to sleep and have happy teenagers . I Will highly recommend the house.

Really nice villa, great location

The villa was as impressive as it looked o the website. Great location with fantastic views. Very comfortable inside and the garden area was really lovely. A couple of minor problems were quickly dealt with by the owner. Cant wait to return.

Perfect holiday accommodation for our family and friends. The heated pool was superb. The cleanliness and appointment of the villa was excellent. Everything was clearly explained before arrival and we were very happy with everything. Quiet neighbourhood which was close to Moraira and all amenities. Our favourite holiday villa. Many thanks.

Our second stay at the property for 6 weeks .Location is wonderful situated in a quiet residential are with amazing views. Communication with the owner is great if you have any queries. Would certainly consider returning to the property.

Great holiday in a great house!

It was our first time to book a Holiday-Villa at homeaway. The house was great and everything was ok. Many thanks an Tom. He is a great owner and everything was perfekt preperd. Perhaps we will stay next year again.

Amazing

The most relaxing 6 weeks in this wonderful Villa, everything was perfect. The Host responded quickly with any queries we had on our arrival. Location perfect Moraira is a lovely relaxing small friendly town with a number of restaurants to try then can return to the Villa which is situated in a quiet residential area. Car is essential Excellent selection of supermarkets in the are. Will definitely be returning next year

Family holiday

We spent a week at the villa as a family of five. We have visiting Moraira a number of times so know the area well, and the villa did not disappoint. The villa has amazing unobscured views and brilliant outdoor space. The outdoor kitchen / BBQ / eating area is a particular highlight. The owners messaged during our stay to check everything was as expected and also provide a local contact who can help with any issues if they arise while on holiday. Overall would recommend highly for families looking for a holiday villa.

Great location and beautiful pool

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and have just had a wonderful week in this beautiful villa. We will really miss lounging around the beautiful pool which was the warmest pool we have ever had at about 29 degrees C!!!!. The location is perfect, 8 euros paid for a taxi into Moraira where there are superb restaurants. The villa has everything you need. The air conditioning was very quiet and worked really well. Would highly recommend

Great Villa for all year round!

I stayed in the villa for 2 weeks. First with family then with friends. It was a combination of holiday and remote working. Cannot think of a better place. The outside area is ideal for hosting celebrations with your beloved ones. From the fully kitted BBQ shed to the hot tub and swimming pool area with sea views. You will only want to enjoy your time outside. Even during those colder and even rainy days of early March, being outside with the heaters on is also a wonderful experience. Moreover, the indoor fire place next to the big screen tv is also a delight. The neighborhood is super quiet and the town itself is lovely. Tons of restaurants and bars full of life even in the low season. This is not like Benidorm or the likes, the people around the area are mostly quiet and respectful expat residents. Another very top point is the management of the property. Super responsive and attentive in case you need anything or have any issue. In addition, pets are welcome so you can bring them along. I also particularly enjoyed the nearby trails, definitely a must do. I highly recommend this villa! Would definitely come back :)

Excellent Villa

We stayed in the property for 6 weeks from 1 October 2022. Good points were: Communication with the owner was excellent, both prior to and during our vacation and Tom was extremely helpful and would reply very promptly. The setting was very peaceful, apart from some building work close by, but that could happen anywhere. Pool and outside area was lovely and plenty of space to relax, we also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen area where we ate and drank on a number of occasions, also had a nice view towards the mountains and the sea. Beds were really comfy but bedrooms were on the smallish side but plenty of wardrobe space made up for that and they were perfectly adequate for our needs. Some things for consideration are: The cost to heat the swimming pool is around 43 Euros a day, not so much a problem in the summer months but something to consider in the cooler months, also there is no cover for the pool to keep the heat in. The hot tub was lovely but the chlorine was very strong, but I suppose it has to be this way. I mentioned this to one of the pool people but my Spanish is as good as his English, so we left things as they were lol. Overall we had a really great time and would not hesitate to return.

Thank you !! We hope to have you back in the future. Our goal is to invest in a premium pool cover to keep the heat in the pool during winter and substantially reduce the optional heating costs. I hope it’ll be in place before the 2024 winter starts.

Tout s’est passé encore mieux que prévu. Nous avons pu entrer plus tôt dans la maison. Nous ne manquons de rien. Nous sommes à côté de la mer. Tout était magnifique. Le plus difficile c’était de partir. Merci à la réactivité du propriétaire à chaque demande et encore un grand merci à la dame qui s’est occupé du ménage, très souriante, très accueillante. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt – besonders der Außenbereich hat uns begeistert! Die Lage und das Ambiente sind ideal zum Entspannen.WLAN Speed war super und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Neuer Smart-TV (nicht der von den Bildern)Der Gastgeber war grossartig: Er hat auf unsere Rückmeldung zum defekten Whirlpool sofort reagiert, die Gebühr rückerstattet und dafür den grossen, neuen Pool beheizt – das war wirklich top Service!Verbesserungspotenzial gibt es bei der Sauberkeit in der Küche und beim Mobiliar, das regelmässiger geprüft und teilweise ersetzt werden sollte. Geschirr mit Rissen, etwas zu viel „Krimskrams“ (alte Spiele, Bücher, vergessene Sonnencremes usw.) und defekte Stühle oder Sonnenschirme, die in der Garage gelagert werden, könnten besser entsorgt werden – das würde insgesamt einen gepflegteren Eindruck hinterlassen. Sauberkeit der Schlafzimmer / Badezimmer war einwandfrei.Wir haben etwas höhere Ansprüche und sind einen gehobeneren Standard gewohnt, was vielleicht den Unterschied in der Wahrnehmung erklärt. Uns ist bewusst, dass es als Hausbesitzer in Übersee schwierig ist, alles im Blick zu behalten und man sich auf Rückmeldungen von Gästen oder der Reinigungskraft verlassen muss – aus unserer Erfahrung funktioniert das leider nicht immer optimal.Trotz kleiner Schwächen hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und können das Haus empfehlen – mit ein paar gezielten Verbesserungen wäre es ein klarer 10/10-Aufenthalt!

Situation et vue exceptionnelles

Belle villa au calme avec vue sur la mer . Proche de la belle petite ville de Moraira . Un bel espace extérieur . Un petit bémol pour la propreté des équipements . Une belle piscine mais dont la mosaïque se décolle . Nous avons néanmoins passé un excellent séjour .

Fantastisch (met een klein smetje)

We hebben een geweldige week in dit huis vertoefd. Het huis is zoals op de foto's: gewoon precies wat je ervan verwacht. Vooral het geweldige zwembad, het terras en het buitenverblijf met bbq is in een woord geweldig. De faciliteiten in huis zijn top, prima WiFi, goede airco, de slaapkamers voldoen, enkel de keuken is wat smoezelig. De badkamers zijn gedateerd maar functioneren prima. Handig is de garage waar je auto koel blijft. Alles is binnen 10 minuten met de auto te bereiken: het strand, diverse supermarkten en het centrum van Moraira. Kortom: een heerlijk huis om te verblijven.
