Maravilla is one of the most popular family complexes in Miramar Beach/Destin area with 2.5 acres of beaches AND it's own private beach access. The community has 2 large pools (one that is heated), tennis and pickleball courts, doggie green-space, workout room, cornhole and basketball courts. Large walking paths for a nice stroll or jog along Scenic Gulf Drive. endless boutiques and shops await, golf nearby. It will quickly become everyone's favorite Gulf Coast getaway.

Our unit sleeps 8 comfortably with 1 king in master, 1 king in loft, a queen room and 1 queen sleeper sofa.Ā  It has 2 bathrooms one off of the master and one attached to the loft. This unit is great for multiple families or a large family. Ā It has a nice open floor plan and a large balcony off the living room.

The location is great, I feel like the mater bedroom is a lot smaller than it appears in the pictures. The property grounds and the location to the beach are great.

Our stay was fantastic! The space was beautiful, cozy, and very clean, with a wonderful location and thoughtful furnishings. What really stood out was the hostā€™s outstanding hospitality ā€” their communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond in a way weā€™ll always appreciate. It was truly a great experience, and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Nice stat near the beach

The property is overall very nice. Maravilla is nicely maintained outside as well. Pros- short walk to beach, nicely supplied, clean. Cons- beach service only said they had one umbrella when we went down there at 7 am so I wouldnā€™t rely on that, hot upstairs, had a sign stating not to turn AC below 71 or risk being charged for AC maintenance. There was a heat advisory and being on the top floor Iā€™m sure didnā€™t help but if the AC canā€™t keep up maybe it needs a new one. It was well above 71 upstairs and in the back room. So warm that we didnā€™t use the quilt or sheet. The AC vents could use replaced with less decorative and maybe they would allow more air through and they donā€™t stay secured to the floor upstairs.

Fun vacay

Property was nice and clean. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Convenient walk to beach and pool. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The sliding glass door to balcony didn't lock very good and could use some updating in certain areas but overall nice place and would recommend.

Home away from home!

We wanted a nice relaxing spring break and we got just that. It was very comfortable and everyone had space to enjoy themselves. The condo looked exactly as pictured. They had plenty of beach toys for the kids and I loved that there was plasticware for the kids to use for eating and drinking. My family was not ready to leave. I look forward to staying here again.

The property is in major need of updates and a deep clean. There was a leak in the upstairs bathroom through the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom. After multiple calls and interruptions to our stay the leak stopped after they listened to my husband. We were told it was a roof leak even though there had been no rain for several days and it only did it when the shower was in use. There was sand, old food, and what looked to be dog poop or tobacco in the floor in the master suite. The property manager said they couldnā€™t do deep cleans on such quick turnarounds. I wonā€™t book at Maravilla ever again. The last two years have been less than what was expected or paid for. I spend too much money for vacation and want what I pay for. I love Destin but this place can do much better.

A weekend getaway

It was a smooth experience overall. The property was clean, and well stocked (bath towels, utensils, dishes, etc). It was a very CLOSE walk to the beach! The only minor complaint that I had, was that every time the air conditioner came on, it would make a very loud noise or ā€œbangā€ sound. Other than that it was a pleasant place to stay.

The property is just as described, beautifully decorated, short walk to the beach, the pool was perfect, it rained for a few hours, rambled around Austinā€™s on 98, close to shoppingā€¦ wonderful stay!
