This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is the perfect place to get away. Enjoy overlooking the golf course on the spacious all season porch. Walk to the community pool or hop on the bikes and ride along the beach.

Eat in kitchen with granite counter tops and a separate dining area. Other features include a wet bar and tiled showers. Master Bedroom with private bath. WiFi and TVs are included throughout the home. Master with King bed, second bedroom has Queen bed, and third bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Laundry is onsite off the all season porch area.

Outdoor deck has seating and table for quiet mornings or evenings watching the golfers come through.

Great family stay

House was so clean and the size was great for our family! We love biking around shipyard and biking to the beach! Pool is a close walk. We had a wonderful stay & look forward to coming back!

Perfect for Wedding Weekend

We had a family wedding to attend and this house in Shipyard Plantation was perfect for our family to enjoy the weekend. Close and convenient to everything while being a quiet peaceful setting.

Kingston Cove Stay

Family Oriented

Great place to stay. Loved sitting on the back screened in porch in the mornings drinking coffee. The only trouble we had was with locking the front door. The owner responded right away and problem was fixed. Had a wonderful stay and enjoyed bike riding around the area.

Annual Family Vacation

We have been going to HHI for over 30 years. We enjoy a different rental every year. Shipyard is our favorite area. Bicycle rentals are great for getting around. Our rental was conveniently located to the pool for nightly swims. Kitchen was well equipped & washer & dryer was used often. Bathroom towels & starter pack of supplies were very nice. Owner was very responsive to any of our needs. Thanks for a great week!

Recharged

It was an outstanding week. The house was absolutely perfect. We had a small issue with the gate passes upon arrival but it was resolved quickly! I can’t say enough about the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the pool is just a few steps away and a very short bike ride to the beach. I’m going to have to talk to Lynsey about returning next year.

Comfortable but lacked some things

Overall, this rental was good. It definitely could use some updating in parts of the home. The twins bed in the third bedroom were uncomfortable to the point that my son slept on the couch instead. The kitchen lacked enough silverware and place settings so we had to run the dishwasher daily. There was no blender and no Keurig for coffee (both of which have been in every rental we have every stayed in). Kitchen appliances were white, but yellowed with age, the refrigerator even has discoloration from rust on the front. The sunporch was a great bonus but took a long time to cool down in the hot temps and lack seating for more than 2-3 people. Home was pretty clean but there was definitely room for improvement. Master bedroom was comfortable and master bath bathroom was very spacious. Location to beach was good, just a short bike ride.

Not Happy

The house and location were great, but that was about it. First, we spent 30 minutes at the gate because the guard didn’t know we were coming and didn’t have any passes. We had to her day passes, but were told we needed to call in to get an overnight pass. I tried calling the contacts number that was on VRBO but wasn’t the correct number. We proceeded to the house and the keypad was dead. There was no spare key nor any other unlocked access points. We had to wait over two hours for a locksmith to come which took another 20 minutes. We drove over five hours to get to the house, had issues all over, and waited another two hours to get in. We missed our dinner reservation and the night was ruined. To be honest, I believe a refund should occur for these issues.

Entire experience was excellent! House was spotless. Very comfortable. Shipyard plantation was beautiful. Manager was readily available for any questions. Beach was beautiful. About a ten minute walk to beach. Pool just several doors down. Split floorplan, enclosed carolina room with ceiling fans. Washer dryer, plenty of towels, and toiletries to start out with. Beds were comfortable. Bedrooms were good size. View of 8th green from Carolina room. No complaints! Would highly recommend! Will definately return!

Great property

We love Hilton Head and for us is always very important to find a convenient, comfortable and clean place to stay. This property has all this features. We knew in advance it was not too close to the beach, but we love ridding the bikes there. On busy dates if you have little kids and a lot to carry with you, just plan ahead on loading your car with the beach gear and find a spot at the parking lot close to the beach early in the morning as it gets full very quickly as it is not big enough for the Hotel costumers and people from Shipyard houses to access to the beach. We had a great experience with the owner of the property, she was prompt to respond whenever we contacted her. We look forward to going back soon.

We spent the winter months at this property this year. It was a very pleasant stay.

We loved this property. The owner was so responsive and helpful to any communication we made. The location is great also, it is on a dead end street so there is little traffic and it sits right behind the golf course green. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice quiet getaway.

Cute Cottage Close to the Beach

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much- close to everything yet far enough that we got to enjoy quiet nights. Plenty of cooking utensils, lots of towels, access to washer/ dryer- all just right! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great house in great location

Loved our stay here. Every room was clean as well as everything in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was in working order. It's in a peaceful neighborhood. We rented bikes to ride around the neighborhood and out onto the beach which was great. Would love to go back!

My name is Gretchen and I purchased this house along with my husband (Ryan), brother (Troy), sister in law (Lynsey) and parents (Ron and Mary). We are from Minnesota and have been enjoying yearly trips to Hilton head with our families. We currently rent out a villa in Shipyard and stay there while vacationing. The location is beautiful and perfect but won't fit our three families anymore. When this house came on the market located very close to the villa, we couldn't pass it up. We are looking forward to taking family vacations in our new house and hopefully others can start their own traditions here as well. We anticipate you will enjoy our new home and the location just as much as we do. Enjoy HHI and the memories that come along with your vacation!

HIlton Head Island is a beautiful and serene place to vacation. It's perfect for young families and retired adults as well! Ron and Mary have vacationed in many spots across the US and kept coming back to HHI. They have seen many houses on Hilton Head Island but just couldn't give up the location of their villa within Shipyard Plantation. We were very excited when this house went up for sale in our area because it is big enough to fit all of the families when vacationing together.
