Welcome to paradise! This gorgeous 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home is just what you have been looking for. This home will fill all of your vacation needs. The best part is it's a short stroll to the beach and the community pool is just a few steps away!

As you walk into the front door, you will see the gorgeous living room with ample seating for everyone. Guests are welcomed by an open living area that captures 30A's laid back attitude. The first floor is home to the kitchen and living room, with dining space for 6. The granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances make for a stunning kitchen.

The front porch is the perfect spot for winding up in the morning with coffee, or chilling out in the evening for an after-beach refreshment.

All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master has a King bed and en suite bathroom, with a stand-alone shower/tub combination! There are two other bedrooms; one has a King sized bed and one has a Queen sized bed and share a jack and Jill bathroom with a stand alone shower.

In the hallway, is a twin sized day bed and a wonderful desk surrounded with gorgeous windows for those who enjoy writing, drawing, or even those who are enjoying a working vacation.
