Come visit our charming beach cottage, Swept by the Tide with up to eight of your family and friends. This three bedroom, two bath house is equipped with a private pool and yard and features a wrap around front porch. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, full size refrigerator, and microwave.
All three bedrooms are furnished with its own television, along with a flat screen in the living room. The master bedroom is separately located off the living room, with its own private master bathroom. Guests and other residents share a hallway bathroom.
The pool area has ample furniture to relax by the pool. The pool deck also is equipped with a charcoal grill and pavilion.
Swept by the Tide is a two block (5 minute) walk to the beautiful white sand beach and a short 12 minute walk to the heart of Seaside Town Square. Enjoy two public beach access locations - 1) located across from Surfing Deer Restaurant and 2 )Thyme St. Enjoy a bike ride around the various shops, restaurants, neighborhoods and trails of Seaside and Seagrove.4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are included in your rental. **We do have ring cameras to protect our property. The locations are not invasive and the exact location is the front(pointing towards the road) and 1 on the left side (pointing towards the hvac and pool equipment) and 1 is on the right side (pointing towards the backyard gate).
