Enter the foyer leading to the main living area featuring an open and bright living room, dining area and kitchen. The vaulted ceiling opens to the second floor. Large windows and skylights let in plenty of light. The living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with cable. The dining area has a large table with plenty of room for everyone. Just off the dining area is the fully-equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepare a home-cooked meal.

Just off the main living area is a wonderful sun room. The sun room has a comfortable sofa and chairs, a flat screen TV with cable and a second dining table--a great place for a jigsaw puzzle or board game. Sliders from the sun room lead to the deck.

In addition to the main living spaces, the master bedroom with queen bed, TV with cable and en suite bathroom with shower, is on the first floor. There is also a half bath with conveniently located washer and dryer.

The home's two other bedrooms are on the second floor. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has two twins. The open loft den with sofa and desk--a great spot to read or catch up on emails--looks over the main living area below. There is also a full bathroom with tub and shower on this floor.

Sliders from the sun room lead to the deck with teak table and chairs, a Weber gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Great space for your morning coffee or an evening barbecue.

Golf, tennis, sailing, cycling and kayaking are all near by. Check out the Cape Cod Rail Trail or the beaches, sites and trails of the Cape Cod National Seashore. Less than a 15 minute drive to Truro Vineyards, 10 minutes more and you'll be in Provincetown for more wonderful dining and shopping, whale watches, clubs and live entertainment.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
