Simply walk across the street to take a dip in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico or enjoy the heated pool just outside your sliding glass door. With accommodations for 8, this is a beautiful place to make memories with your family! Step inside to a brand new great room with gorgeous eat-in kitchen and wet bar - completely new flooring, cabinets and quartzite countertops. Continue onto a newly renovated bathroom with all new tile, cabinets, countertops (quartz) and rain shower head with glass door enclosures. A dedicated high speed internet line for this unit allows for reliable and lightning fast internet - perfect for streaming on any of the 3 TV's in the unit (or your own devices)!

Amenities include:

* Front bedroom with memory foam queen mattress, twin bunk beds & flat screen TV
* Back bedroom with queen mattress and cable TV
* Sleeper sofa (queen) in main room
* Roku-enabled 50in flat screen smart TV - perfect for streaming Netflix or Amazon,
* free wireless high-speed internet (dedicated line allows for more reliable streaming)

Great location for beach

Loved that we could just walk across the not busy street to the beach. Could walk out the patio to the pool. Everyone was friendly at the condo. It's not a newer facility but it has been well maintained. The kitchen was also very well stocked for cooking a few meals at home and there were other useful supplies like a wagon to take to the beach, some beach chairs, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful February in Gulf Winds, St. Pete Beach!

My husband and I spent the month of February at the Gulf Winds condos in St. Pete Beach. The condo was spacious, well equipped and right next to the pool with just a few steps to Upham beach. The atmosphere at the Gulf Winds was like family in the best way. Everyone was friendly and gave recommendations on restaurants and night life. The weather was perfect with only one day of rain and 27 picture perfect Florida days, 75 degrees and sunny. The property manager, Theresa was exceptional and immediately handled the only problem we experienced - how to operate the TV's. The owner, Kelly, responded to my email within hours. We enjoyed the stay so much we booked for next February. My only wish is for a new sofa, as the present one has seen better days. Other than that, we had no issues. I would highly recommend this property in St.Pete.

Wonderful location

The starting point is the location. Directly across the street from the beach and a small beach cafe/restaurant which is the beach's main access point and therefore has all the amenities you might need food/drink/sunloungers and gazebo type structures. The beach is a wonderful clean public beach and the water shallow enough for toddlers and warm enough to spend as long as you want without feeling cold. All this right on your doorstep. The accommodation itself is quite small - the two bedrooms were quite tight for space - there were seven of us - four adults, an infant, a six and a sixteen year old, but is was more than adequate for us (and absolutely in line with the description) if sometimes the use of a single bathroom did require a queuing system! There is a large fridge freezer, microwave, cooker and kettle - and handy communal laundry facilities which are operated by credit card (and possibly cash). The accommodation looks on to the pool and is a 10 step walk away. There is a single car parking space with the booking, but we were able to negotiate a second one once we arrived, although I think we were lucky here. There is public parking right next to the accommodation which whilst expensive could be used if necessary for a second vehicle. The owner was extremely responsive to queries and both she and the on site manager could not have been nicer or more accommodating. This is a five star property due to its location and the people who rent and run it. Thank you.

Great location !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With young children the poolside room was amazing. We loved that the pool was open until 10. The walk to the beach was about 1 minute. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The owner was accommodating and responded quickly to questions. Condo could use some updating but it still met our needs.

Gulf Winds At St.Pete Beach

Wonderful stay in St/ Pete. Our condo at Gulf Winds was on the ground floor just steps from the beach and the pool. We are annuals here and have booked for next year. The condo is in need of some updates but was very comfortable for my husband and myself. Gulf Winds has a new property manager as Teresa, our extremely helpful manager is on leave. She, indeed, is a hard act to follow and I did not find Maria helpful in the least. The owner, Kelly, is extremely attentive. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for convenience and comfort.

Location was amazing...pool and beach at your door!

The location and basic set up was great. Enough dishes etc. For the family...one mattress was old and tired and some of the condo needed some TLC....but, really great for family. I would book this place again...especially if the mattress was changed.

Old property but kept up very well

Nice condo- step outside to the pool which was great. In walking distance to many bars/restaurants plus St .Pete has a free taxi beach ride that is free- you just have to leave a tip.Quieter end of St. Pete beach so traffic isn't crazy like the rest of the beach. People are very friendly since many have been coming here for many years. We had a few problems with two of the flat screens and the coffee pot but they were resolved. Teresa was wonderful and was quick to help with any problems.

Beautiful and Restful

What a great condo! Beautifully decorated in beachy colors. Ground floor next to pool and steps to the beach. Comfortable beds, wifi, and kitchen equipped with everything you need. Great restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend spending your vacation here. We will definitely be back.
