By far the worst property to stay at day 1 and half day two no hot water for shower. There is so much flys and other bugs nasty and to top it off the cut off water on last day so my family can’t even shower also pool was dirty then they say pool and hot tub you would think everything should work it does you just gotta pay extra fee to use hot tub this place is crazy never again. Looks are deceiving

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We did have a hot water issue during your stay and addressed it the same day, and since then we've installed a new water heater to prevent this going forward. Our property receives monthly pest control service and weekly professional pool cleaning with documentation, so we were surprised to hear about bugs and pool concerns, as we hadn't been made aware of these during your stay. We take cleanliness and guest comfort seriously and will continue working with our service providers to keep the property in top shape for future guests.

The property was in an ideal location , gated community . When parking in the driveway be sure not to block the walkway, your car will be towed right from the driveway . Pool was clean . Lounge chairs not so much . 4 full bathrooms . Two guest bathrooms one inside one outside with access from pool area which was great . Would stay here again .

Legoland/peppa trip

The house was very big and beautiful and looks just as shown. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great time there were just a few little things we noticed like the pool area not being cleaned. There were chips and hair ties all around the floor by the pool. The water pressure in the bathtubs and showers was very low and it takes a while for the water the warm up and when it does warm up it’s barely warm.Also, I don’t know if the air hockey table was broke, but even after plugging it in and turning the switch, it wasn’t working. The garage also needed a little more space to play pool, it was very cramped up. Other than that, everything was great.

Clean house - quirks with stay

The house was beautiful and clean, however, it was a turn off that every. single. thing. was on a timer. Ceiling fans and lights would regularly shut off. The bathroom fan would turn off. The hot tub would turn off every 15 minutes. The light in the pool would turn off. So it was a CONSTANT getting up and turning something back on. Also one day our water shut off for a few hours, and we don’t know if it was random or something we did. Also, there were slats of the vertical blinds missing in every window - including the upstairs bathroom overlooking the street. We had to hand a sheet over the window to have privacy in the shower. Lastly, the temperature of the thermostat was locked going no lower than 74°, which isn’t great in Florida. I emailed the homeowner, and he made an exception for it to go lower at night while we were sleeping, but it was still not comfortable in the mornings with the morning sun coming in all the windows. We did enjoy our stay very much, but in the future we’d look for a different house.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! We have stayed in other rentals in the area and this was one of the bigger homes and it was ready when we arrived. They did some nice remodels too and the pool was working well.

Everything was very nice… don’t get the discount for pool. They had it in room advertising for $25.0

The only negative about the place I can say are the toilet aren’t handicapped accessible. Very low and for older people it’s harder to get up and down. Other than that very nice house away from home would have given you 5stars. Large screen TV in livingroom. Out door tv wouldn’t come on. Set up is very nice.

Beautiful Home!!

The house was great! My only complaint would be the game room , it’s full of fun for the kids but they wouldn’t go in there because it was to hot! There is no air conditioning or ventilation ! But other then that this house wonderful very large beautiful home !! We will definitely use again !!

Lots of room, great location!

Pros Large home with plenty of room Beautiful pool Gated community Clean Great location Con Beds are in need of replacement. They were old and very uncomfortable. This is literally my only complaint. Otherwise, the house was perfect.
