An absolute joy

I wanted somewhere relaxed, peaceful to run my dog safely with my friend. It was a joy and perfect.

Wonderful cabin

Absolutely beautiful property! So quiet and relaxing. Our dog had a great time running around and exploring. We will be back! :)

Perfect peaceful retreat

We had a fantastic time away for our wedding anniversary with our two dogs. Plenty of space in the glade for relaxing among the wildlife and nature. Even had a few visits from the local wombat and birdlife. Great spot on the deck for the sunset and a BBQ. Clean, well kept accommodation and we will certainly be back!

Fantastic stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for peace and quiet book this house. No phone reception and far off the main roads will give you the perfect escape from the city. We even saw a wombat on our night stroll. What a great experience. Our dog also loved running around the huge property. Highly recommend!

The surroundings were beautiful, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere – a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Quiet and tranquil

A beautiful, peaceful place to rest and re-energise. There's a great selection of DVDS, CDs and games. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is modern and spacious, and the kitchen has most things that you'll need (an extra frypan would be helpful). It's a bit of a drive to get to places, but it's pleasant, scenic, and well worth being out of the hubbub. Wayne and Michelle are friendly and helpful and respond to messages instantly.We are already looking at dates to stay again!

Beautiful & serene property

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at Knight's Ridge and got to see wallabies and wombats during easy walks on the property. The house is very comfortable and stayed warm on cool days even without the fire. I plan to come back as often as possible! My 13yr-old daughter said: Do I recommend it? YES!!!

Back to nature getaway

We have been to Knights Ridge for the past 3 years and we love it every time. It's not too far away to get to but far enough that we feel like we have fully stepped away from the daily grind. We go in Winter time and the chilly misty mornings are one of my favourite things to enjoy with a hot coffee. We love Knights Ridge and will always reccommend it to othwes who need somewhere calm to go to reset and relax. Wayne and Michelle are lovely and their communication is great. Thank you for having us again!

Pleasant enough

I was well catered for at Knights Ridge as both the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. There were plenty of games and some DVDs. The dogs and I enjoyed great walks in the surrounding bush. The hosts were great I was wishing I had a 4WD for the last part of the journey there. The one thing that detracted from the experience and the place was the broken outdoor furniture and other rubbish that was around parts of the property.

Good news, council are restoring last part of road (post flood damage) by end February 👍❤️ I’ll let my husband know about the table out front. It was also damaged in the floods and he thinks he can restore it. 🤗 Also the materials around the back were from restoring the deck post-flood. I’ll get him to remove them and other items damaged by the flood on our next trip. Thank you kindly for reminding us. We’ve poured our hearts into the place and it’s taken us the last 6months to get it back to the magical valley experience we and others love. ❤️❤️ Thank you Margaret for the valuable feedback. Knight's Ridge is an enchanting place! We were blessed with perfect weather during our weekend stay. The cabin is a dream! Just gorgeous & so warm, cosy & inviting. Every detail has been taken care of and we felt so loved and looked after during our stay. Alot of beauty and care has gone into this place. The grounds were stunning and so cared for and we loved our walks around the property. We all had a peaceful weekend together celebrating my husband's birthday. We loved exploring & met some very cute wombats! Our 2 dogs were so happy exploring & then sleeping in front of the fireplace. Thank you so much, we will be coming again & will highly recommend it to our friends & family Lara

Peaceful

Awesome place. Profoundly peaceful and restorative. It’s clear Michelle and Wayne take a lot of pride in the place and the love shows. The house was spotless and the bed was the comfiest ever. Slept so well. The pups had the time of their lives playing in the creek and chasing butterflies. Needed to contact Michelle and Wayne on two occasions and they were a breeze to deal with. Would love to stay again.

Wonderful and quirky

My wife and I and our two dogs had a lovely stay at this property. Really neat eco-house with lots of eclectic furniture and decorations. House was very clean and the hosts were very generous with lots of appliances, music and neat furniture. Would be very happy to stay at this property again.

The perfect country getaway!

This has to be one of the most incredible country getaways I have ever been to! Only 1hr outside of Sydney, you feel like you are miles away in your own secluded and private country retreat. The cabin is filled with everything you need and is styled so beautifully with a true Aussie rustic charm. Highly recommend and we would love to come back.

Relaxing spot in the valley

We loved the peacefulness of the place. It was well maintained and a perfect opportunity for our family to relax and unwind. Lots of space for everyone to move around and explore the surroundings. We had everything we needed and it was a perfect place to spend the Christmas holidays. The host was friendly, provided all the necessary informations, and was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!
