Quiet family getaway

Clean unit on a very nice beach. Easy check in. Quiet location for a getaway. Great balcony and view of the ocean.

Great view

The view is beautiful. Having a cup of coffee or a glass of wine was perfect on the balcony. Great condo.

weekend get away

Great, clean, well maintained place! Nothing better, than have your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the sunrise. Highly recommend it!

Great property and unit

Have stayed at multiple units at this property and this one was probably the best as far as upkeep and decor. FYI hurricanes have caused a lot of erosion damage at this property and most properties which is out if anyone’s control. Will stay again.

New Symrna

Loved this property. The beach is a no drive section, secluded from the crazy every day beach goers more, but still beautiful with ample access and areas for fun. There's a store right across the street for groceries and everything you'd need (super convenient) and all the amenities you'd think you'd ever need in the room.

Condo was lovely and clean, the view outstanding. There was not a hot tub on the property as described online and the AC unit was not working.

Thank you for your review and your kind words. We do regret that the ac had issues during your stay and I am happy we were able to get those resolved. I did not find anything on the listing about a hot tub, we did however see a kiddie pool in the photos which can sometimes be mistaken for a hot tub. We hope you enjoyed the lovely condo and the outstanding view despite these hiccups, and we look forward to the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Get away for peace and relaxation

Everything was as lovely and tastefully decorated as in the photos. Many things seemed new. Furniture arrangement was comfortable and well chosen. Classy, but not stiff. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise to have every supply or tool we wanted. We appreciated there was hand soap and dish soap supplied, and cooking spray and spices! The entire complex seemed to be freshly painted, stairwells and sidewalks always clean. The heated pool was very nice since the ocean water is pretty cold at this time of the year! The porch chairs were very comfortable and we relaxed with our books every day. If I have to make any suggestion for improvement, it would only be to help a short person reach the spices. So maybe a handy step stool, or keep spices on a lower shelf- a very minor detail!

Excellent location well maintained. 2nd bedroom had different beds than picture (bunk with trundle). Management company highly attentive. Great nearby restaurants. Would def recommend!

Air conditioning and laundry

Great stay, convenient to many bars and restaurants. Great views of the ocean. The air conditioning policy made it difficult to cool down the unit in the evening so both fans were appreciated. Also the laundry fee did not include washing and drying of the beach towels. Since this unit faced the beach and morning sun it was perfect for someone needing to get away from cold weather. This is a corner unit so it was quiet and less like a hotel stay. The twin beds were not as sturdy as the queen but neither collapsed. Worrying about the laundry was an inconvenience that I thought should have been included as part of the cleaning fee. Thankfully, the local bar restaurant next door, Toni and Joe’s, was so conveniently located that the short hours of use in the coin laundry on main floor and pressure to not be charged additional fees for laundering still allowed us to enjoy the open air and beach while still preparing to depart. Over all we had a wonderful stay and vacation right on the beach which was our goal while in New Smyrna!

We apologize if our AC policy caused discomfort; in the future, please call us and we'll happily allow for the temperature to be turned down a few degrees at night. Linens are included in the cleaning fee; we just ask that beach towels are washed and dried. We only charge extra if there is an exorbitant amount of linens left dirty. Wonderful stay

Everything was so easy! We ended up here by accident because another place got cancelled. But we loved NSB and definitely loved the little condo we found! Definitely a family friend place!

Perfect condo

This condo had the perfect amenities for our family - comfortable seating for 4 adults for movie nights, big table for meals and board games, comfortable balcony furniture for reading or evening drinks, thoroughly outfitted kitchen, and oh, that view! We have stayed at Sea Coast Gardens 2 several times and would definitely stay in this unit again! Thanks for a lovely week!

Did not stay at Moontide

Originally booked at Moontide B707. Construction going on made initial entry difficult. Once in the condo we learned that the pool was closed and repairs would be going on in that area every day. Noise,was loud. Could hear the noise in the condo and on the beach from 8 a.m. on Called Great Oceans and they moved us to Shoreham #14 Nice condo and pool and beach area. So all was, well.

Great beach vacation at Sea Coast Gardens II

Unit 405 was beautifully decorated and modern, comfortable and very clean. Stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the balcony furnishings, and appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella there for our use. Sea Coast Gardens has a great beach access, nice deck and pools. It was a wonderful vacation for us. We did not want to leave!

Great Vacation

This condo was perfect. Everything was pristine upon arrival. It was tastefully decorated and well stocked with linens. The kitchen had every item we could think of and more. The view was breathtaking from the master bedroom and living room. You feel completely surrounded by the beach in this unit! You just walk out the door and you are on the beach, cannot get any closer! Beyond the perfect vacation condo, Great Ocean Condos was a fantastic vacation rental management company to work with. They provided all the information and made everything so easy. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone!
