Modern condo steps from the beach

The property and its location relative to the beach are described in detail in the listing and other guests write in their reviews that they find the description to be very accurate. We are the second line of properties behind beachfront villas, which means that you get beach experience at a price that is substantially lower than at beachfront properties (with an added benefit of the property being very quiet and light sleepers not being disturbed by the never ending wave noise). Two paths lead to the beach, one that takes you along the main road withOUT the need to cross it, this path uses a generous shoulder that does not interact with traffic and is well maintained by the property owners (about 180 yards or 2 minutes to the beach). The second path is through a private fenced footpath which is well maintained by adjacent property owners and it is about 80 steps to the beach. None of our 100+ guests since 2016 (including elderly and guests with small children) indicated ever having any problems navigating either of these paths. Marcia failed to find the best suited path using detailed instructions in the home book and did not ask any questions or raise any concerns with me during, before, or after her stay. When I checked to see how they were doing, the feedback was “everything is great!”. “Public beach” comment is not applicable because all beaches in Cayman are public by law. I take pride in the quality of my listing and I am proactive in looking after my guests - for example, Marcia’s group was invited to check in as early as they flew in. Unfortunately, some people are impossible to please and had I been able to perform anywhere close to the same level of due diligence about Marcia as she enjoyed before booking our property, I would have politely declined the reservation request.
