The Space:
Experience luxury at its finest in this exclusive self-catered sub-penthouse on the 40th Floor. Uniquely designed for comfort, it offers panoramic ocean and city skyline views from every room. This expansive 'L Style' unit, the largest in the building, includes spacious terrace areas. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodating up to 6 guests, it ensures a memorable and indulgent stay.

Features Include:
Spacious living room opening onto the deck/balcony through floor-to-ceiling windows and large stacker doors for seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
Two dining areas, indoors and outdoors, both with stunning views of the ocean and Surfers Paradise.
Smart TV in the lounge room and flat-screen TV in the master bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, Nespresso coffee machine, large island bench, and French door fridge/freezer.
Guest bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
Fully equipped laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Air conditioning throughout the entire apartment.
2 complimentary secure undercover parking spaces (1.9 meters height limit).
Unlimited Free Wi-Fi and Premium Accommodation Foxtel Package.

For your convenience upon arrival, we provide a starter pack including tea, coffee, milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and washing/dishwashing powder and soap. Additional supplies can be purchased as needed.

This is not a serviced apartment; additional servicing is available at an extra cost.
Pool/beach towels are not provided; guests are advised to bring their own or purchase locally.

The Neighborhood:
Known as Australia’s ‘Theme Park Capital’ the Gold Coast is the perfect place to holiday with the kids. Be exhilarated on stomach-dropping rides at Dreamworld and enjoy the character parade at Movie World. Take them for a trip down to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to cuddle a koala and feed the kangaroos.

Getting Around:
The resort is ideally located only a short walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise and all of its shops and restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach, and the added bonus of the new Light Rail station literally at your front doorstep.
Buses and taxis are also close by and readily available.

Other Things to Note:
We provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

These are not serviced apartments however should you require this service during your stay we are able to offer it at an additional cost.

Please note: We do not supply pool/beach towels. We recommend either packing them from home or purchasing beach towels once you arrive in Surfers Paradise.

To instantly book this property you must be over 24 years of age (children traveling with adults are welcome, all guests staying at the property must be booked) you are agreeable to the no party/no function policy. This apartment is to be used for accommodation purposes only.

Wonderful apartament in a great location

Property as decsribed. A truly wonderful atmosphere. Very luxurious, modern furnishings. Plenty of space for a family of five. Views were spectacular of ocean and city. Plenty of room on balcony to laze around and enjoy enjoy the views. Close proximity to shops/cafes. Would highly recommend this place.

Our second stay

Wonderful huge unit with amazing views and whales providing plenty of entertainment. Across the road from swimming flagged area. Huge kitchen / dining area in the unit but 5 min walk to any choice of restaurants or takeaway. TIPS: Bring your own beach towels and tennis gear.

Best apartment I've ever stayed in on the GC!!

Property managers we're easy to deal with. The place is advertised as a 2 bathroom but actually has 3. Stunning views all around, plenty of space and very unique but stunning modern hand crafted furniture all around. I'd give 6 stars if that were an option. For this price you will not get close to anything like it in NSW. Highly recommend it.

What a fabulous apartment

We couldn’t believe how fabulous this apartment was. The photos on the site were spot on but what wasn’t captured was the absolutely brilliant balcony with an absolutely incredible view of Surfers. We would book this apartment again in a heartbeat

Wow what can I say!

Place was amazing. We had lot's of plans to visit other places but found we spent most of our time relaxing out on the massive balcony overlooking the beach front. Excellent for family or several couples. Apartment was huge and we are already looking and dates for another stay.

WOW, fabulous apartment, amazing views and fantastic location

From the moment you opened the front door you knew start away you were going to enjoy your stay. This apartment will not disappoint, the views were amazing, the location was excellent, shops, restaurants and the beach are all just a stroll away. The apartment was spotless, very spacious and very well equipped, could not fault. The communication and ease of the whole rental process was very professional. The only problem we had was no one wanted to leave but we will be back

Absolutely amazing!

Very easy check in! Fast communication! 180 view of surfers was amazing to wake up too. My family enjoyed it so much. Everything is close by and the apartment was massive! Will definitely book again! Thank you 😀

Amazing getaway!

My favourite part about this sub penthouse is the incredible views! You get an ocean view and a city view. This is the first rental property I stayed at that it’s listing was 100% accurate but at the same time, the place looked even better than the photos! It definitely exceeded my expectations!

Everything went smoothly. No hiccups. Apartment has everything u require. Did not have to contact the Property Manager. Calm and Peaceful on the 40 level. We had lovely weather. Sad to leave.

The apartments are conveniently located across the road from Surfers Paradise Beach, and only a few minutes walk away from the iconic Cavill Mall with numerous shops and restaurants in the area.

Families and couples will enjoy the gardens and the choice of the onsite pools.

Enjoy the 3 swimming pools while the kids have fun in the children's wading pool and the playground area. For a more relaxing approach, soak in the heated spa and finish off with a visit to the sauna or prepare a poolside barbecue to entertain the whole family.

Test your fitness and enjoy a hit of tennis on the full or half size tennis courts or simply do some workout in our gym.

In the evening, enjoy a meal at Fables Restaurant, a favourite with Surfers Paradise locals for decades or choose from plenty of dining and entertainment options just 600 metres away.

We have been providing quality accommodation for over 6 years and love to ensure that all of our guests have memorable experiences, which keeps them returning to stay with us time and again.

Before arriving at your accommodation you must collect the keys from our office on the day of check in.
