Charming beachfront cottage right on Kailua Beach!

licensed NUC no 90/TVU-0326 Serenity Beachfront Cottage. This delightful 2 bedroom/1 bath vacation rental cottage puts you right in the middle of world renowned Kailua Beach. Enjoy ocean views from your living room. Step out your front door and onto Kailua Beach, three miles of pristine white sand and turquoise water. Wander down to the local market for lunch, and picnic under the palm trees. Rinse off in your tropical outdoor shower before settling in for sunset. The cottage includes a complete kitchen, two lovely bedrooms, one bath, and all the comforts of home! (Tranquility is a second rental on the property that may be rented together or separate. The large yard in front of this unit not shown in the photos belongs to the the tranquility unit when it is rented out.)

Formally licensed as a vacation rental, this small home is available for weekly and monthly rentals.

**All homes come with a starter set of paper supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags. Should you run out it is the guests responsibility to supply themselves for their stay.

**ALL QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM - 8AM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS THEY DO HAVE TO ATTEND WORK/SCHOOL.

**High Chair can be provide for addition fee - $10 per night
Pack n Play can be provided for additional fee - $15 per night

Beautiful convenient location

We had a wonderful time in the area enjoying our beachfront and surrounding beaches. The local deli market was highly convenient for breakfast coffee and snacks and other stores were just a short drive away. Lovely amenities like beach towels and laundry were available

Back in Paradise

Stayed at this cottage 30 years ago as newly married couple. Returned with our 2 young adult children. Continues to be a special place everything was perfect! So happy to spend time as a family here creating new memories. Misty was responsive check in was seamless.

The location was perfect and the cottage was well-appointed! I was surprised by how easy the space was to baby proof for our 1 year old.

Amazing location and stay

This is a great property....so close to beach. Was able to bring in our kite, foil and surf gear and wash off after use. Location can't be beat. Will definitely stay again. Great communication.

Peace on the Beach

The beach cottage is a nice place to enjoy direct beach access and the sounds of surf. The property is quiet and well maintained. The area has some food and activity options within walking or short drive distance. Communication with the manager was very good. Wish we had stayed longer, next time!

Beautiful & Peaceful

This cute cottage is so beautiful and peaceful. Just 60 seconds walk through the property and you are at the beach. Every morning I had my coffee on the beach and it was so amazing. The neighborhood is quiet.

So close to the beach and Kailua Town

Great location! So close to the beach we were out there every morning and evening. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We did need more paper supplies and garbage bags as not much stocked when we arrived.

Quiet cottage - home away from home

The cottage was perfect for my sister and me. Kailua is a quiet beach community and we enjoyed the early morning walks on Kailua Beach. It was only a 15-20 minutes drive to the tourist activities, and we had a wonderful time. The property manager responded quickly to our inquiries, and we would recommend this unit to small families looking for a good value with access with excellent amenitities.

The two bedroom cottage was clean. Kitchen had supplies. Master bed was comfortable. But the real standout was the beach!

Excellent location

We stayed here for 2 glorious weeks. The location is just a quick walk across the grassy front yard to beautiful Kailua Beach. The property is exactly as depicted in description and photos and had everything we needed to cook light meals. AC in the bedroom was helpful at night. We were fortunate to be able to meet the lovely owner who was in residence while we were there. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful Location & Perfect Cottage!

My sister and I had zero complaints about our stay at this cute beach cottage! The photos and description were very accurate. It had everything we needed which included beach towels, comfy beach chairs & umbrella, boogie boards, and kitchen/bath supplies. Beds were also super comfortable and we appreciated having the AC units in the bedrooms. Parking was also very easy. The walk to the beach was only steps away and we enjoyed relaxing & swimming in the water for a few days! Since it is not right next to the public parking area, it was a quieter section of the beach which was perfect. We also loved that we could walk to Island Snow, Bob's Pizza, Sunshine Shack, and the cute market nearby. We definitely recommend this rental if you are looking to stay on Kailua Beach!

Can't beat the location.

We had a wonderful stay at this great property. It is the perfect property for a family of 4. The unit contained everything we needed. The unit is as shown in the photos except that the picnic table has been replaced by a very nice patio set (far better in my opinion). You cannot beat the convenience of the short walk across the yard to the beach. Kailua Beach is a beautiful, long, soft sand, walking beach. You have a great vantage point for sunrises. A pointer: stake out you spot on the beach early on Saturday and Sunday because it can get crowded. It's a slight walk into town, and there is a bus stop very close if you want to take advantage of the public transportation (we took the bus to and from Honolulu). Kalapawai Market is just around the corner. Host, Misty, was always accessible for quick answers to our questions.

The perfect place !

We were a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 12 years old) and stayed for a week early November. The place was perfect and location is great! Kailua is a beautiful safe town where you have shops and plenty of restaurants. The house is straight on the beach, you just have to walk through the backyard and you get to the sand. Beach is fabulous and clean, perfect for boogie board and swimming. Just sitting and sipping your coffee in the morning and watching the turtles pop their head out of the water was just a dream. Lanikai beach is also nearby and amazing for snorkeling. We tried Buzz steakhouse nearby, the pizza place, the shave ice ( all about less 10 min away walk) - all was great ! House is well equipped with all you need. Just come in and enjoy ! Thank you for everything Misty !

Great location for peace and quite

We loved staying at this house. Everything was clean and it is literally right by the beach. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. There is a market nearby if you need anything.

Comfortable cottage on the beach

This was a great cottage. Close to the market and other eating places. Just a short walk down the lawn to the beach which has shade trees. The place was very clean and true to the ad had beach equipment and towels. The kitchen was well supplied. The host was always available for questions. Cant wait to go back.

Close to fabulous beach!

This place was perfect for us, and you couldn't find a better location on O'ahu if you want to stay just yards from a gorgeous beach, perfect for long walks and watching sunrises!
