Check in time is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We make every effort to have your property available at 4 PM on arrival day, but circumstances occur where check-in time maybe later. We cannot guarantee a 4 PM check-in time.

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.

Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Having a 2 bedroom condo was nice and the pool was nice and quiet. However the unit was dirty upon arrival and we had to clean it ourselves. From the kitchen to the bathroom to the living area.

Bad Beds

The beds were terrible. One would think that with 4 queen beds at least one would be in good shape but not the case here. The beds were so bouncy, I had to take a mattress off of the boxspring and put it on the floor in order to get any support. When we picked the mattress up, to our horror there were what appeared to be urine stains on the bottom of the mattress. I was afraid to take off the sheets to see what may have been on the top. The carpet was also dirty and stained, upholstered furniture was soft and the whole unit was dusty and in need of updating, carpet and bed replacement, and a through cleaning. The layout was fine and could be a nice place to stay if attended to. All the appliances were in working order.

Will book again!

The worst part of this stay was the distance from Myrtle Beach and even that wasn’t terrible. It was 10-15 minutes from the N. Myrtle Beach strip and about 35 minutes from Myrtle Beach. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space. Plenty of cooking utensils…. Not enough towels and wash cloths for those of us who shower 1-2x daily. Will stay again.
