Spend New Years week in the Heart of Cabo in this beautiful 2 bedroom suite at the Corazon Cabo Beach resort, which is constantly given an excellent rating by guests on Expedia & Trip Advisor. Our unit is located in the Bayview Tower and has amazing ocean view from balcany and master suite. Check-in for New Years week is Dec 28th 2025 and checkout is Jan 4th 2026. The unit can sleep up to 6 people and the rate is $2800 for the week.

My wife and I fell in love with Cabo years ago while we were honeymooning. There's a charm about the region and its people that make us want to go back year after year. This is why we decided to become owners at Corazon Cabo, which is undoubtedly in the best location in all of Cabo. People describe the Corazon Cabo resort as the 'Heart of Cabo', because it is in the center of all major attractions. You are just steps away from the only swimmable beach along the Cabo San Lucas corridor, which gives you easy access to all beach and water activities, such a snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing, scuba diving, etc. Also, you are only a short 5 minute walk away form the Cabo Marina, which is lined which top-rated restaurants and shopping. The central location helps you save money by eliminating the need for renting a car, as most everything you would need is within short walking distance.

The Corazon Cabo Beach resort is a 5 star resort, complete with:
- Award winning Spa (Spa Ritual)
- Delicious on site restaurants, including the Baja Brewery, which is my favorite restaurant in Cabo. It is the only micro brewery in Cabo, and has amazing food, along with an unbeatable view of the Sea of Cortez (The Baja Brewery is on the rooftop of Corazon Cabo).
- 2 heated pools (one large infinity pool and a smaller private pool)
- Large public Jacuzzi with a spectacular view
- Natural cool spring water soaking pool, perfect for cooling off after a long day at the beach.

This 2 bedroom executive unit is the premium and most popular unit type in the Corazon Cabo Beach resort. It is on the ground level and has a great view of the pool. It is just a 30 second walk from the beah. This particular unit is in the Bayview Suites Tower, which is newly constructed, and is the highest tower on the beach. This 2 bedroom unit is on the ground level and is air conditioned, and includes a master suite with a king size bed and large flat screen TV (with cable and DVD player). There is also a deluxe bathroom, complete with his and her vanities, shower, and jetted tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed with a flat screen TV, cable, and DVD player as well. There is also second bathroom complete with shower, vanity, and bath tub. This suite also features a full size kitchen and eating area, complete with all major appliances (refrigerator, oven, coffee make, microwave) and dishware, which allows you to save time and money by preparing your meals in your unit. This unit also comes with a living room area with TV and couch which also has a fold out full size bed. WiFi internet can be obtained for a small fee ($5 for the week). But by far, my favorite feature of this unit is the large balcony with a breathtaking view and personal Jacuzzi, which is the perfect way to watch the morning sunrise or relax in the evening.

Corazon Cabo also has an onsite gym with cardio and weight lifting equipment.

By booking through this listing, our guests will be given access to the VIP Activities Lounge, which provides a complimentary concierge service to help you book any activity (whale watching and dinner cruises are my personal favorites) at a discount. I have personally utilized the VIP concierge on numerous occasions, and can attest that they have relations with the best tourism companies in Cabo, and can provide the best prices. This eliminates the need to haggle with salesman on the beach!

There is no need to attend a sales presentation in order to receive the special pricing offered in this listing, but I recommend talking to the friendly Corazon Cabo sales staff. They provide great restaurant and activity recommendations!

A note on Timeshare presentations: Cabo (the city) is notorious for the Timeshare industry. So when you visit, just know that you will be asked dozens of times in dozens of different ways in dozens of different places to attend a presentation (they'll usually offer discounted activities for doing it). If you don't wish to attend one, just say no and move on. You might even be asked to attend a presentation by salesmen for Corazon Cabo. However, you are not obligated to attend one. Sometimes Corazon Cabo will offer special pricing if you promise to attend their 3-hour presentation. THIS IS NOT THAT DEAL. We are owners here and whoever uses our week is not obligated to attend a presentation (even though a salesman may ask - it is their job, after all - you can say 'no').
