Mariner West 508 is a beautiful GULF FRONT condo is on the sugary sands of the world's most beautiful beaches. Mariner West is a perfect quiet and quaint beach destination. It offers a unique situation compared to the 20+ floor high rise condos, being that there are only 6 floors with only 58 units total. Mariner West's pool and beach is never crowded with all the craziness that you might have at the huge high rises.

The condo itself is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The kitchen and dining area are perfect for mealtime, and you'll look forward to relaxing in front of the huge flat-screen TV in the family room after a long day at the beach. Don't want to watch TV? Step out on the patio to listen to the waves and watch the sun set into gulf. With two full size bathrooms, there will be plenty of room for everyone to get the sand off at the end of the day.

Clean room. The grounds keeper kept the grounds immaculate. I loved the location.However the Bluewave rental properties (Kenny)Informed me on my way to beach that their may be some construction going on but would not effect my stay. By wednesday there was full on construction going on right above us with equipment and ropes hanging directly in front of us. The construction noise was almost unbearable and I shoild have been notified prior as that would made a difference in booking here. When checking out the cleaning lady was banging on my door at 9 am and check out wasnt til 10. She then left her cleaning cart sitting right outside unit and she sat down on a bench and waited for us to leave. As we were taking the last load out she was literally standing right outside our door. We barely got out of the door before she was going in. Just rude. Photos below is construction equipment hanging outside our balcony.

Love this property! If you're looking for a quiet, peacful stay then this is the place for you. It's small but that's what we like. Not a lot of traffic so no long waits for anything. Great pool and beach access. Beautiful views from your balcony. Condo was just right for two people but could sleep 4 with a day bed and trundle in the living room area with 2nd bath right off kitchen area. Unit was clean and equipped with all you need and plenty of linens. We will definitely return.

Great view from balcony, unit was clean upon arrival, asked for early check in and never heard back so we did arrive somewhat early and the unit was ready. The codes sent to get on and off the beach was not right , luckily some nice folks staying also had the updated codes, the tv was an adventure, not there to watch tv but instructions would be nice. Overall a good stay on the quiter end of Thomas drive. Had a good trip and would stay again

Perfect Beach Condo

Condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well stocked dishes and extra towels. We will definitely stay here again.

Home away from home!

The condo was spacious and bright with an AMAZING Golf view. The condo was clean and our family had a comfortable stay during our vacation. We enjoyed staying there and we do plan on coming back soon! It definitely felt like a home away from home!I would highly recommend it!

Quiet Complex

The complex was small and not crowded at all. Kenny was fantastic to work with- he was quick to respond to any questions I had. Check in was easy and the condo was ready upon our arrival. Plenty of room and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We will stay here again.

Gorgeous Views

The location is great! The view from the balcony is what keeps us coming back every year. We struggled with our Roku in the bedroom, however; we were able to use it just fine in the living room. We've stayed at this location several times and this particular condo twice now, and the owner has always been great. The property manager was very helpful and is genuinely a nice person. Our neighbors were not as friendly as we'd hoped and we're assuming had accused us of smoking on the balcony, when we're non-smoking individuals. Regardless, this had nothing to do with our stay at this location. Thanks again for a great time!

Highs and low

The condo was beautiful and clean. The only thing I would change would be the balcony furniture and towels. Two chairs on the balcony were extremely rusted. We would not sit in them. The other thing was the bathroom towels. Although they smelled clean, they looked dirty, old and worn. May be time to replace them with new matching sets.

Always a pleasure

This will be our 4th time staying here and this time we decided to bring our daughter and niece. Everybody loved the property as hoped for! Had a small problem with the sink but as usual the owner was on top of everything and you can't knock a star b/c of situations out of somebody's control.. thanks once again for a fantastic stay!

Comfortable and Quiet with Gorgeous View

Unit was nice, relatively clean. Bed was very comfortable. The view made the stay very enjoyable. Beautiful sunset every evening. Location was good, lots of restaurants and shops within a short drive. Kenny the property manager was friendly and prompt dealing with any concerns. Would consider returning.

Anniversary

We booked here to celebrate our one year anniversary and it was wonderful. Very quiet and not very crowded on the beach either very family oriented.
