This is our newly purchased 2 bed/2 bath unit that we would love to share with you, located at the Dunes of Panama, Building E!!

Spacious beachfront 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo, with a large balcony and absolutely amazing views !! Everything in the unit has just been renovated including: New Furniture, New flat TV screens, new mattresses, new utensils, new kitchen equipment, new kitchen cabinets, new granite counter tops, new bathrooms, new patio furniture and much more...

This 2 bed/ 2 bath condo is about 1300 sqft, right on the beach, with amazing ocean views! It sleeps 8 guests (6 Adults+ 2 Children under 10). There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa bed. It features 3 flat screen TVs in the living room, guest bedroom, and also master bedroom. The condo comes also with a washer and dryer.

This is a 2 bed/2bath unit that sleep maximum 6 ADULTS + 2 Children under 10:

Master Bedroom- King Size bed ( sleeps 2 Adults)
Guest bedroom- Queen Size bed (sleeps 2 Adults)
2 twin size foldaway beds (sleeps 2 adults)
Sectional sofa- TWO children under 10 can comfortably sleep there, but please bring TWO SLEEPING BAGS to use on the sofa.



The Dunes of Panama, is conveniently located minutes away from grocery stores (Walmart & Publix), about 10 miles away from Pier Park, and only few minutes away from ST Andrews Park. The resort offers 3 pools (one of them is heated seasonally), spacious sundeck, lush tropical landscaping, lighted tennis court, convenience store and sandwich shop located in building, outdoor grilling area, Gym and free wi-fi.

Long Term winter rentals are welcomed! Please contact owner to confirm rates & fees.

Exceeded Expectations!

My family had the best time here! The condo was exactly as pictured and came with a few chairs, toys for the beach, and a beach wagon which super came in handy. The pool was soooo nice and big and it was the kids favorite thing. There is also a little bar/restaurant downstairs with daily drink and food specials. The owners are really njce too. I highly recommend booking this condo and we will definitely be booking again. Our host was extremely nice and accommodating and would recommend renting from her

Excellent value for large condo. Tge balcony had lots of room. I would stay again. Loved the bar onsite Stingrays. Had live music and great vibe.

Great relaxing condo! Excellent value

This is the 4th time I have rented this condo. Great value. Very good upgraded living room furniture. I will rent again. Love Stingrays for drinks downstairs!

Great place and great communications with owner

Very nice place and location. Great view from the marge balcony, which also has comfortable furniture. Manal responded quickly with communications, which was greatl appreciated.

Beautiful!

We loved everything about this place! It's decorated beautifully, the tile floors are easy to keep clean and it was so big! The view was gorgeous, the table on the balcony was a perfect place to enjoy meals. The beach was close by, the pool was nice to have. The property is located close to all the fun.

Fabulous Condo

We enjoyed our stay in PCB. The condo was nice and affordable. The only thing I would suggest is additional blankets for beds. I personally get cold at night. Beach access was perfect. Parking was good too. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!

Wonderful tropical getaway

We really enjoyed our time here. The views were fabulous! Waking to see the ocean from our bed was something we will never forget. We loved the beach and all the shells we found. The “warm” pool, as the kids call it, was a fabulous way to end the day. Friendly and welcoming community! We will definitely recommend this to family and friends!

Panama City vacation

Everything was perfect except for one thing - there was an extreme shortness of lightbulbs in condo 1503!! Otherwise, all are needs were met and my family had a large time. We will be back

Loved this condo! So spacious and nice. Calm setting away from the busier areas but still walking distance to shops. Great communication with the host! My one and only complaint was they were working on the concrete on balconies on both sides of the condo. So every morning around 8am it sounded like a freight train in

Perfect location!

Very nice condos. We have stayed for 12 years at PCB, this by far is the best layout condo and complex. Pools are large and clean and are easy to get to with lots of space, tables, and chairs. A ramp to the beach is always a plus!!!! Missed having a hot tub. I know you can't predict the weather but the ocean (double red flags) closed for 5 days sure is disappointing. I love the Gulf Coast just not the storms!!!

Amazing.

Simply amazing. Manal is always quick with responding! I messaged her about some things that needed to be fixed and was very pleased with her response of her husband coming to inspect and fix them! With that being said, I absolutely love this location. This is our second year with here and the stay has always been super amazing and has made it feel like home. The beach is just across the pool, there’s a heated pool across the parking lot, and the location is a great place where it isn’t just busy busy busy. Already planning a trip for next year!

Great view!

The location was a great place for all types of food and activities to enjoy. The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo is a little out dated but it was clean and I DID NOT see any kind of bugs. After reading a previous review about roaches, I was a little hesitant to book, but I’m glad I booked this condo. The condo owner always replied immediately. I would definitely recommend this condo. If you want a more updated condo, then pay more for one elsewhere. Oh yah! I almost forgot to mention that the condo has beach toys, chairs, beach wagon and umbrella to use.

Wonderful stay in a well maintained condo

This condo is very clean and well maintained. Recently updated with modern design. You can tell the owner takes pride in the condo. Very spacious! Gorgeous view. Slept great every night. Comfortable furniture. The pools and beach are clean and easily accessible. Parking pass was provided which made coming and going into town a breeze. The owner is very pleasant, and quick to respond to any question or concern. The beach chairs/umbrella/sand toys/wagon to transport it all the the pool and beach was a very nice perk. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. This is a very good deal for such a nice place to stay! Refund of security deposit within days. We hope to make it a yearly tradition 😀

I had a huge issue while staying at this property. Although the owner did respond immediately and made it right by issuing a full refund, I felt it necessary to leave a review as it was a MAJOR issue and concern. The condo itself is just average. Although it says newly updated… It’s basic at best. The unit is dated and in need of minor repairs. Missing cabinet pulls, no outdoor seating cushions, the living room furniture is outdoor patio seating/ couch, no overhead fans in any of the rooms and very little lighting. The condo is very large and can accommodate a large group and the location is fabulous. If your looking for an affordable stay and don’t mind the above then go for it. But set your expectations!
