Pete and Tara were excellent hosts! Their communication was outstanding. Anytime I had a question, they responded within a reasonable timeframe, often very quickly. They were friendly, accommodating, and genuinely wonderful to work with throughout our stay.The condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs and toys, so we didn’t have to worry about bringing our own. We also added an extra night to our stay, and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating with that process. We especially appreciated their generosity in offering us a military discount.Our experience was great from start to finish, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. I would absolutely give them a 10/10 and would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend Pete and Tara to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with hosts who truly go above and beyond!

The host were very kind and communicative. They actually let us check in a few hours early, which helped us out because we had to be at a wedding that night. We didn’t get a chance to use all the amenities. The beach was beaching though! The view was awesome! The beach gear they have is also very helpful especially if you have kids. Beds were very comfortable. They also provide plenty of extras like dish soap, the bathroom necessities, towels, garbage bags, etc. Loved the fact they had a DVD collection with a lot of the classics. The living room tv is smart if you wanted to watch a streaming service. The staff were awesome and very helpful too . The only down side was the jetted tub not working and the cleaners missing a few things, like under the bed. My two year old found that pretty quickly. Side note, make sure you bring charging blocks for all cords, the lamps and outlets are old school. So no ports to plug just the cords into. Plenty of plugs though!

19th annual girls trip

Great location, lots of restaurants in walking distance. Wonderful kids pool, gift shop an Starbucks....icecream shop, with pizza an hot dogs....very convenient, i will return 😀

Great place to stay!

The condo was clean and easy to get to. Staying on the 2nd floor was great so that you can use the stairs and not wait for the elevator. The included beach chairs was a really nice perk. We haf a great trip and will be back!

Great view and great location

The view from this condo overlooking the Gulf is wonderful! Gorgeous sunsets. Condo was within a short drive of the Pier Park and great restaurants.

PCB vacation

Mini vacation

We loved our stay in your beautiful condo. The view from the balcony was so beautiful, I could have stayed there all day. Our kids loved the pools and outside area. Having Starbucks on site was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Girls trip

We really enjoyed staying at Emerald Beach. Our condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The property was well kept and had a lot of amenities. It was within walking distance of several restaurants.

Nice Resort and Condo

This resort is conveniently located close to many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plenty of resort planned activities for the kids to keep them busy and resort pools and facilities were nice. Tara and Pete were very easy to communicate with and provided excellent information prior to our arrival on how to access the parking garage and condo. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Panama City Beach Florida

This condo was perfect for our 3 night stay. My husband and I were there to check out the panhandle area of Florida. It is on a beautiful beach, very comfortable to sit out on the deck. The condo itself had everything we needed, and was walking distance to several establishments if you choose to go out.

Loved it

My kids and I enjoyed our stay, it felt like a second home. The view was awesome and so was the location. Everything you need is in close proximity. Checking was easy no hassle and Pete was awesome at responding. I will definitely be coming back.

Great place to stay in PCB

The Emerald Beach Resort is a very nice place to stay. All amenities we needed were included in the condo. Including a beautiful sunset view. We were there for a wedding at Runaway Island, which was walking distance from the resort. We just wished the bar at the resort didn’t close so early. We would definitely comeback.

Great condo

We stay at Emerald Beach every year. This condo is very nice and the 2md floor location is very convenient. I feel like this condo had a little more personal touch than many others. Pete and Tara were quick to communicate and answer any questions. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Great Experience! Fantastic Location!

Excellent communication from owners. Breathtaking views! Larger space than anticipated by pics. Parking garage can be a hassle. Close to Pier Park and Sharky's. Would love to visit again!

Great Condo!

We stay at Emerald Beach Resort at least once a year so we are familiar with the facility and various condos at the resort. This condo is located on 2nd floor which make it easy to access using the steps of elevators. Pete and Tara were great to work with and responded quickly when we had a question. The condo was clean and comfortable and of course the views of Gulf are spectacular. We would absolutely stay at this condo again.

Great location and great hosts

The condo was very clean and up to date. The hosts sayed in contact with me and answered all my questions in a timely manor. The location of the condo within the building was excellent. We were on the second floor so we really only need the elevators to bring our stuff in when we arrived and take our belongs when it was time to leave. Overall our stay was great. I will be booking this particular unit when we decide to return to PCB

Would like to return next year

This was my 3rd year in a row to stay in your condo. As in the past 2 years, the condo was perfect for me. Really clean and furnished great in each room. Getting to the beach was a breeze and the two chairs that you provide waere right in front of the beach entrance for me. The balcony view was fantastic. Great view of beach and water. Sunset was a beautiful sight. Balcony was great for watche people watching also.
