This home has been completely remodeled and has all new Restrooms and showers, kitchen and is decorated in a way to help you live in luxury for your time in Beautiful Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island. There are 6 total bedrooms with 4 of them having a direct ocean view. The 3rd floor bedroom has a balcony overlooking the golf course and the ocean. Truly a very unique property that is quiet with striking views. Short walk to the ocean and has a private pool and tennis court that is only open to owners and renters of Atlantic Pointe (about 12 homes). 5 bedrooms are on suite with one bunk room for the kids. Large gathering area sharing an open area with the kitchen and large gathering area and that also has a cozy television room.

The host was welcoming and extremely responsive -- never waited for a response more than a couple of hours. My wife and I have 3 grown children with partners and 2 young grandchildren. We each had are own spacious and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms (with additional room to spare).

Spring Break - 4 Families

Place was spectacular, clean, and awesome location. Quiet neighborhood but easy access to all the great spots in sea pines. We had four families with 6 teenagers and had plenty of room and everyone loved the house. Owner was easy to reach and sent easy instructions for check in and check out!Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Gathering

The home was well appointed, very clean and had an ideal location. It was perfect for our group who love golf and the beach-it was the best of both. We definitely would return as we believe it would be a great place to stay during any season.

Awesome Week

The house was great for our large family! Everyone had great space. The golf course after hours was a fun family activity and the beach literally around the corner was the best. Brady our host was great! Will hope to stay again!

Golf Trip

The home is in a great location and provided us with very comfortable place to stay for the week. Waking up and having a cup of coffee overlooking the 15th at Atlantic Dunes was a great way to start the day.

Perfect for a big family

This home was well stocked in the kitchen with all the extras. There were bikes and beach chairs. It was a home away from home. Our host was absolutely the best! He communicated immediately to any emails and was so easy and enjoyable to work with. EXCELLENT experience all around.

Great family vacation

Beautiful home. It was nicely equipped. It is at a great location. The house backs up to a golf course which is a nice view. It is located close to the Ocean -- short walking distance. Very nice neighborhood. It had a very nice community pool that was not very busy. The beach at this location was not busy and at low tide had a big tidal pool which was great for little kids to play in. The house is close to great bike trails.

This property worked perfectly for our family. We parted at 9:00 am and noticed garbage had not been picked up. Just fyi.

Great spot!

House provided room for all the family. Use of beach chairs and bikes was a big plus. House sits adjacent to the 15th tee with a view of the 15th green and the ocean beyond. Sons enjoyed playing that hole after hours. Only drawback was lack of a screen porch or upper deck. Easy biking to South Beach and Harbor Town.

Couples HH Weekend

We loved our stay at Atlantic Pointe - from the location (5 stars) to the beach accessories - it was fantastic. Two small things that did happen - we had a leak that occurred the first day in the master bathroom. Manager was on it and worked to address with plumber. Second thing - both ovens weren't working. This didn't impact us much given we had plans every night. Overall, our group walked away wanting to stay for another week. We've already discussed booking again in the fall. We love Atlantic Pointe!

I am terribly sorry you left a 4 star review, in our world, anything less than a 5 is a bad review and for that I’m just terribly sorry. However, I was not told both ovens did not work, I am just now hearing this and I’m sorry this resulted in the first ever 4 star review I’ve had in 5 years. The shower turned out to be a washer that ripped in a body jet sprayer, and the plumber fixed it and I got all the drywall fixed and painted as well. I am the manager (and the home owner) and I am headed to Hilton Head as we speak to look at the oven situation. I am terribly sorry, but I’m reviewing my notes and I was not told the both oven (it is a double oven) were not working. The next week, I had a family friend and he told me the one iven was not working, so I’m terribly sorry that both didn’t work for you, it seems very odd indeed, my apologies. We have had huge issues in the island getting repairs made to Appliences and I’m again terribly sorry. This truly is my first 4 star review, I’m sorry your weekend stay was such that it merited this rating. Edited response. I just arrived, and both ovens are working properly. I scheduled a trip from Indiana to address this since the shower had been addressed by a subcontractor and I’m happy to report, both are working properly.

Beautiful and Comfortable

This property easily fit the 11 of us. It was clean and the beds were really comfortable. For us, the location was perfect. The beach wasn’t crowded, and it was a 10-20 minute bike ride to Salty Dog, Harbortown, and Coligny Beach. Most nights we cooked at home, and the kitchen was easy to navigate and had everything we needed. There is a nice pool that the kids enjoyed often. When we first arrived, the pool was very, very dirty. But when I reached out to to Brady, he was quick and thorough in his response. He made some calls and within a day or two, the pool was cleaned and looking great! It is not heated, but after a few days of 80 degree weather it was really comfortable. Overall, we would come back to this property again in the future.

Book it. It's everything.

I wish I could write a terrible review to stay away from this property so that I could just have it all to myself. But then, nobody else could enjoy this gorgeous house, tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, and the very kind and responsive owner would not be able to share his home. Folks, this house has everything. We have been coming to HHI for 25 years and always stay on this part of the beach but we have never been able to score an Atlantic Pointe house which we have been eyeing forever. It's clean, it's spacious, it's comfortable, it has all the amenities you need. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for a large family. Thoughtful details like many bath hooks and laundry baskets were appreciated. For a beach house where sand and bugs and ants normally get everywhere - this was immaculate, even the garage which has beach toys and seats galore. Furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. Brady the owner is SO responsive, cant ask for anything more. The neighborhood is small and private with a nice pool and a short walk to the beach path. The only negatives (if you can call them that) are that a smaller fry pan would have been nice and the TV room is realistically not big enough for a big family to watch a movie together without sitting on the floor but really who cares. You should be out enjoying the patio with the golfer and dune view. Really hard to beat.

Beautiful home in nice quiet neighborhood, easy beach access

Overall, we were very pleased with the property, which was well stocked and had plenty of room for our group of 13. We loved the location with it's very short walk to the beach, beautiful views, access to a nice clay tennis court, and golf course. We had a few issues with repairs that needed to be done but they thankfully did not affect our stay much at all and the owner was very responsive.

Good location, well-stocked house

This property was in a great location in Sea Pines. It’s on a quiet street with a short walk to the beach. The beach access at the end of the street is gated so only the few houses in this neighborhood use that beach access. The house had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults, 8 kids ranging from teens to young elementary aged. The house was clean and well-stocked in the kitchen as well as the garage with beach carts, chairs, toys, and bikes. We’ll considering staying here again! Thanks!

Beautiful Home in Great Location

My family had an amazing time staying here!. This property met our needs in every way. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach or the pool. Even though the pool was shared with about 10 homes, it was never crowded. The only issue we had was the pool restrooms were locked, and we did not have a key. The setting was lovely overlooking the golf course. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and serve ware. The only issue we had in the kitchen was the dishwasher did not clean the dishes well. My husband and I used the downstairs King bedroom. It was very comfortable. Everyone else seemed to be happy with theirs as well.

Beautiful home and great location

Great home for our large and young family. Short walk to the beach then off to the community pool. Sit on the porch and watch the golfers or in the newly remodeled kitchen. Clear and timely communication with the owner.
