A great stay

The bedding in the queen room could be updated but everything else was great. The pool is right outside the balcony which is fine but loud music late at night wasn't ideal but that's not the condos fault. Management was very courteous!

Clean and Convenient but nothing fancy. It was very clean but we did see 3 huge roaches during our stay. Wasnā€™t sure if they came from outside or what.

We loved this place. Condo was roomy enough for a family of 7. We were able to sit on the balcony and be directly over the pool watching our older kids, also have a clear view of the volleyball net on the beach. Property had PLENTY for all the kids to do. Short walk to the beach! Of we forgot a ball for a certain activity you can rent one from the front desk! You can also rent the racket all equipment. We LOVED our stay and will be back! Zero problems checking in or out!

Great place to stay. Was extremely happy with this rental. The only issue (and it's a small one) is we had to go buy a skillet to cook with. They only had small ones and they were very poor quality. Again not a biggie at all, but if you plan on cooking a meal, bring a pan. :)

Enjoyed our stay, great location of the condo. Condo could use some updates (bathrooms). Disappointed in the kitchen, only 1 small dish towel and dish cloth, no coffee filters or salt and pepper. Had to go buy a potholder. Could use another chair on balcony only 3 chairs around the table.

Condo needs improvements. The dryer wouldnt dry a small load of clothes without running 3 cycles. There was a dead roach in the bedroom when we arrived. Found a live lizard in the pantry and a toilet needed maintenance attention 10 minutes after arriving

Vacation before school starts back

We came down to the beach with the kids to have some fun before the kids went back to school. The condo was great. The amenities were great as well. However, we were greatly disappointed due to the pool being closed for two days. (Our last two days there). The jelly fish were terrible so the kids didnā€™t want to stay at the beach and wanted to swim. They were very upset. This should have been told to us prior to booking. We were told that the maintenance was necessary and had been scheduled for later in August. (When kids would have been in school and not in vacation). However, the contractor had time to get it fixed earlier, so thatā€™s what they did, inconveniencing those on their vacation.

Overall a nice stay

We love the Phoenixes! The property and location were wonderful! The room, itself, was great. My only issue was the cleanliness of it, and it wasnā€™t the obvious dirty you think. It was small, but collective things over our stay. We came across several dirty dishes during our stay. The shower in the front bathroom had black guck caked on one of the shower bars (clear ones that help hold wash rags / shampoo bottles). The coffee pot was full with old coffee, so much that it spilled when I moved it (It wasnā€™t in the pot itself but the bottom piece- completely full). And lastly, the kitchen and bathrooms were filled with those pesky, giant, black gnats. Idk where they were coming from, and even though we killed 20+, the continued to appear. They were a constant aggravation when using the bathroom or kitchen. I never found a source for them, so Iā€™m not sure where they were coming from. Overall, the place was nice, but could have been perfect if there was more attention to these things.

This place was ok

Stayed 3 nights. Pros: Easy beach access Front door is right off the parking lot. Donā€™t have to go through indoor public areas to access the unit. Very high ceilings. Kitchen was stocked pretty well. Cons: Unit is VERY dated and in need of upgrades in every room. Both showers would not drain. Second bathroom is tiny. Beds were not good. Frames in second bedroom would scoot around if you rolled over. Sheets were stained as was the comforter in second bedroom. The property wasnā€™t terrible. Just in need of a significant investment in upgrades as well as maintenance. We would not stay here again.

Great Time

The unit was larger than we expected upon arrival. There was plenty of extra space in all the rooms, the living room and dining room were also very large. Pictures were accurate and we loved the proximity to the pool from the balcony and also to the stairwell to go down to the pool and beach.
