This single-story home has been completely renovated from flooring and fixtures to kitchen, bathrooms and decking. Enter a bright and open main living area with living room, dining area, kitchen and sitting area with sliders to two decks. Enjoy the amazing view from anywhere and everywhere in this well-thought out space. The nicely-equipped kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and an island perfect for meal preparation. Nicely appointed, with a mid century modern flair, the dining area has a large table and the living room has a comfortable sectional with a fold-out bed, and a flat screen smart TV and WiFi. Just off the living room is a separate, but open sitting area with a sofa (a double fold-out bed, a) wonderful spot for catching up on emails or finishing a best seller.

There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a California king, a soaring ceiling with custom upper windows and a slider to a platform deck. Just off the queen bedroom is a second bathroom with an oversized glass and tile shower. A stacked washer/dryer is conveniently located in the hall.

There are ductless split unit air conditioners in the main living area and in both bedrooms.
