The Sands strictly sleeps up to 8 adults, or 10 with kids. This beautiful property takes the best of holiday homes to a whole new level!

Please note:

- The Sands may only be booked for a maximum of 8 adults. This home has four bedrooms and a double sized sofa bed in the downstairs living area, a room that is actually separate to the 4th bedroom. The sofa bed is suitable only for children. Once made up, the sofa bed cannot be folded away.If you wish to have the sofa bed made up for your group, please advise us at the time of booking.
- Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.

7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. To book, select these exact dates:

Where will I be?

Nestled on the sought after Gerroa headland, this bespoke holiday home is the perfect location for a relaxing luxury escape. The Sands is only a short drive to nearby beaches and Gerringong town centre while being close by to other nearby attractions such as local wineries and Berry.

Breathtaking views greet you as soon as you enter through the front door, made all the more attractive by the expansive open plan living area and deck. Uninterrupted views of rolling hillsides and ocean horizons make this home the perfect entertaining location - and the in-ground swimming pool and pergola area make days spent around the house an absolute dream!

How is the property laid out?

Spread across 3 levels, upon entry you are led towards an open plan living and kitchen area, with an expansive deck looking straight out to the headland and ocean. One bedroom with a King bed and powder room is found on this level. One level above the entryway you'll find the a master king bedroom with ensuite and a dedicated cot room for those travelling with infants. The lower level has another king bedroom with ensuite and the fourth bedroom also has a king bed. The laundry, second covered deck and further entertaining areas are also on the lower level.

If you make use of the double sofa bed, it will be in the downstairs living area and cannot be folded away once made up.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?

Complimentary Foxtel, Netflix and WiFi are available at The Sands. The Netflix is a house account. A WiFi password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi, Foxtel or Netflix will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If WiFI is important to you, please have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

Taking in the dramatic uninterrupted views of the rolling hills that run down to the ocean, this property does outdoor entertaining to the max! The sunny northeast facing backyard features a large in-ground swimming pool and pergola, great for lazy days when you prefer not to have to leave the house. Small, fenced astro turf areas also give great options for the kids to play while you unwind on the north facing decks - with one deck on each level of the house.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Windows can be opened to catch the seas breeze, or stay consistently cool with ducted air conditioning on those hot summer days. For the colder months, stay cozy with underfloor heating, reverse cycle air conditioning or by the large gas fireplace in the living room.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towel though!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is off street parking for 4 cars - 2 in the lock up garage and 2 in the driveway.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Try to find a carer for your pets, so that you can enjoy this spectacular property, but if that is not possible, please contact us for a list of our pet friendly options.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
